The episode commences with Jaya and Ranvijay performing the puja. Upon completing the ritual, Vasundhara offers Jaya some sweets, which she declines due to feeling nauseous. She then informs everyone to wait for a surprise before pulling Vaiju aside for a private conversation. Vaiju inquires about Jaya’s worries, to which she expresses her fear and asks for her support. After reassuring her friend, Vaiju agrees to stand by her side. The two join in on the festivities with a dance to Chama ke cham… Pinga… However, during the celebration, Jaya suddenly faints, causing concern among everyone present. Without hesitation, Ranvijay swiftly carries Jaya inside for medical attention.
Everyone is concerned for Jaya. She reveals, “I don’t have an appetite and I feel nauseous.” Vasundhara shares that there is reason to celebrate – Jaya is expecting! Ranvijay and Vaiju are taken aback. Vasundhara excitedly announces that Ranvijay will soon be a father. She hurries off to inform everyone else. Rao Sahab inquires about the commotion. Vasundhara beams, “You’re going to be a grandfather!” Everyone rejoices at the joyful news and offers their congratulations to the expectant couple.
Naagraj announces that there will be a celebration. Ranvijay quickly intervenes, advising against getting too excited as Jaya will only be taken to the doctor once. Rao Sahab agrees and instructs Ranvijay to take Jaya to the doctor. Worried, Ranvijay is reminded by Rao Sahab of his duty to keep Jaya happy. Meanwhile, Ragini can be seen crying outside the house. Vasundhara then takes Jaya to the doctor and asks about her condition, to which the doctor responds with a positive confirmation, but with an underlying concern…
Vaiju approaches Ragini and inquires about her current posture. In response, Ragini explains that she was reminded of her pregnancy with Arhaan when Sandeep took excellent care of her, giving her a royal treatment. She expresses her hope that Ranvijay and Jaya will also have a joyful nine months ahead and wishes for their bond to strengthen during this pregnancy.
According to the doctor, Jaya fainted from low blood pressure and is not pregnant. Vasundhara is puzzled and asks how this could have happened. The doctor explains that stress and lack of food can cause such episodes, and adds that Jaya was particularly stressed about her dance performance. Apologetically, the doctor says sorry for the inconvenience. Feeling remorseful, Jaya turns to apologize to the doctor. Meanwhile, Vaiju recalls her own marriage with Ranvijay and advises Ragini. However, Ragini dismisses her advice, saying she wouldn’t understand as she hasn’t been married yet. Vaiju feels disheartened by this response.
As Vasundhara and Jaya travel, the former offers an apology. Jaya becomes emotional and expresses her understanding, mentioning Ranvijay’s disapproval of their news. Due to this, he did not accompany them. Unable to bear the situation, Vasundhara requests the driver to pull over. Meanwhile, Ranvijay’s thoughts revolve around Jaya. Seeing her upset, Vasundhara provides guidance and reassures her that Ranvijay would not hurt her. However, Jaya points out his sudden change in behavior and feeling like a stranger to him. In an attempt to reconcile the couple, Vasundhara encourages Jaya to take the first step and communicate with Ranvijay, reminding her of their dream of starting a family together. This thought fills Ranvijay with remorse.
