He calls Janvi and talks to her over the phone. He informs her that Ritu should have already notified her about what happened. Janvi confirms this. Aryaman then visits Janvi’s home to speak to her in person. He observes that Janvi only nods in response. He teases Janvi by saying his family will propose to her tomorrow. He playfully mimics Janvi, teasing her until she asks him to stop.
When Aryaman sneezes, their heads collide. Janvi feels this is a bad omen, so she tells Aryaman. Aryaman dismisses her concerns and asks Janvi to say yes to his family. Janvi agrees, and Aryaman leaves.
The next day, Aryaman invites Kian to his home. Kian asks Aryaman why he called him there. Meanwhile, Janvi’s family prepares to welcome Aryaman’s family, who are coming to ask for Janvi’s hand in marriage. As a gesture, Aryaman offers Kian a Shagun Ka Thaal to get his permission to marry Janvi.
The Shagun Ka Thaal arrives at Janvi’s with Brij Bhushan and Suhasini. Janvi’s family welcomes them. When Suhasini asks Janvi to uncover the Shagun, she is shocked by what she sees when she removes the cloth. As an expression of happiness, Kian approves Aryaman’s marriage to Janvi.
Janvi learns from Brij Bhushan that the Shagun is a blank cheque for her to leave Aryaman’s life. He explains that he has arranged a job for her in a five-star hotel in Chandigarh, where Kian will attend a top school. Brij Bhushan asks Janvi to decide later and tells him what she has chosen. As Brij Bhushan and Suhasini are about to leave, Janvi returns the blank cheque and assures Brij Bhushan and Suhasini that she will leave Aryaman’s life. Brij Bhushan agrees and leaves.
Suhasini praises Brij Bhushan’s idea of offering Janvi a blank cheque. Suyesh then informs Brij Bhushan that he has secured his long-awaited political party ticket. Although Brij Bhushan missed the opportunity to participate in the last election due to Aryaman’s drug case, Suyesh assures him that this time, he will not be stopped.
Kian comes to Janvi and expresses his happiness that Aryaman will become his dad. Janvi, however, does not reveal the truth to Kian.
