She hugs Aryaman and thanks him for helping her out of the problematic situation. Moshvi tells Aryaman that Janvi feels the same way. Janvi sees this from a distance and feels jealous. Aryaman wonders why Janvi is jealous and thinks maybe Moshvi is right about Janvi’s feelings.
As Janvi walks past Premchand’s room, she notices that he seems to be experiencing gastric issues. After complaining to Ujwala about the ineffective medication, Premchand is overheard by Janvi. She offers to prepare a traditional remedy called Khada, which she promises will provide relief within a week. Ujwala gives her approval for this plan. However, upon reaching the kitchen, Janvi discovers they do not have all the necessary ingredients. To obtain them, she decides to make a trip to the store. When Aryaman inquires about her destination, Janvi explains Premchand’s condition and her need to purchase ingredients. Wanting to help, Aryaman joins her on the trip while Moshvi goes along in hopes of meeting Ronak.
When Prince asks Reva for another T-shirt because he is spoiled, she finds an ancestral necklace in her bag and realizes she mistakenly took Ujwala’s handbag. She calls Ujwala to let her know. Nishan answers the phone, pretending to be Ujwala, and learns about the necklace. After realizing he had hidden the necklace in Ujwala’s bag, he needed a new strategy because Reva had it. On Ujwala’s phone, he deletes Reva’s call log.
As Janvi, Moshvi, and Aryaman ride an auto-rickshaw to the store, Janvi falls onto Aryaman and shares a moment of eye contact. During his interruption, Moshvi reminisces with Aryaman about their past visits to the city center. When Janvi sees Moshvi holding Aryaman’s hand, he feels jealous, and Aryaman notices this and decides to find out more.
She agrees to put her hand on Aryaman’s shoulder. They discuss losing Rs 50,000 on a meal, which shocks Janvi and makes her realize how different their worlds are.
After haggling with the shop owner, Janvi buys the ingredients for the Khada. Aryaman pays for the items. Moshvi wants to shop more, but Janvi insists they return home immediately because Premchand’s condition is critical. Aryaman is impressed by Janvi’s bargaining skills, and Moshvi teases him about it. A beggar blesses Janvi with Rs 50, while Moshvi gives Rs 1500, and the beggar blesses Moshvi and Aryaman together.
Initially, Premchand does not want to try the Khada, but Janvi tricks him into opening his mouth and makes him swallow it. After eating the Khada, Premchand realizes his acidity pain is gone and feels happy. Janvi apologizes for using the same trick she used on Kian, and Premchand teases her about it. Aryaman watches this from a distance.
