Shobha questions Anushka where she has been these many years and why she returned now. Anushka reminds Shobha that she already told them before that five years ago, she was involved in an accident and went into a coma for five years. If the hospital people don’t believe her, Anushka says to Shobha she can ask them. Anushka says to Pushkar and her family that she is telling the truth, and that he has called the hospital to confirm it.
Since she is asking Janvi to give Kian back to her, Shobha asks Anushka if she knows how much she has sacrificed for him. According to Shobha, Janvi raised Kian as a single mother alone and sacrificed everything to raise him.
