Gayatri and Kusum are welcomed by Shanti. They ask Karthik why he didn’t come. Kusum says he had to go for a recording. As elders, we will perform the custom. Mangal appears at Shanti angry. Gayatri says you seem worried. Kusum says Mangal is glad her sister will get the best proposal today. She asks if she is ready. Shanti says yes. I will take her inside. Shanti tells Lipika to let go. They won’t even think about Lakshmi when they see your face.
Kusum and Gayatri are shocked when Lakshmi serves the juice in bad clothes. Gayatri asks why is she like this? She looks like a maid. Mangal asks why she is getting ready while Lakshmi is working in the kitchen. Shanti replies that they’re both at home. Lipika is here to see them. Mangal says what? Lipika is not here. Gayatri calls Karthik and asks where she is. He says you told me you wouldn’t marry anyone else. She says it’s too late to say yes or no.
