Mangal Lakshmi 26th November 2024 Written Episode begins with Adit and Soumya leaving for the office. On their way out, Adit notices Kusum performing Mangal’s arti with the children. Kusum blesses Mangal for her first day at work, saying that this new beginning will bring happiness and respect to the family. Sudesh gifts Mangal a watch for good luck, while Akshar proudly announces that he will tell all his friends about his mother’s new job. Ishana hugs Mangal, saying she’s proud of her.

Kusum worries about how Mangal will carry all her lunchboxes, but Mangal insists she can manage. Akshar innocently suggests that his father should drop her off since they work in the same office. Embarrassed, Adit says he has an early meeting and can’t drop her. Mangal decides to go by auto, and Akshar helps her load the boxes. Once Mangal leaves, Adit grumbles that he can’t take her to the office daily. Soumya mocks Mangal, saying she will find a way to get her fired soon. Adit arrogantly adds that Mangal will probably quit on her own because she isn’t capable of handling such a demanding job.

Elsewhere, Lakshmi recalls the scene she witnessed the previous day and feels uneasy. Her auto breaks down midway, and she murmurs that it’s probably Karthik’s bad luck following her.

At the office, Mangal arrives and begins her day by performing a small arti near her desk. Adit and Soumya enter right after. Soumya ridicules her for saying “namaste” in a multinational company, but Mr. Mehra, their senior, corrects Soumya by saying that greeting with “namaste” reflects Indian culture and there’s nothing wrong with it. Eisha then escorts Mangal to her workstation.

Meanwhile, Lakshmi walks alone on the road when a group of goons starts following her.

Mangal sits at her desk and smiles as she sees her nameplate. She feels proud and emotional, realizing that she never dreamed of having a desk with her name on it. She calls Kusum to share her happiness. Kusum tells her to focus on her work and assures her that the family will manage everything at home. She asks Mangal to send a photo of her office table. Mangal agrees, feeling grateful and hopeful about this new phase of her life.

Just then, Mangal picks up her sindoor box. Soumya deliberately bumps into her, causing the sindoor to spill all over the table and documents. Soumya taunts her, saying she can’t play with colors or make rangoli in the office. Adit joins in, scolding Mangal for being careless. Soumya accuses Mangal of ruining important reports. When Mangal defends herself, Soumya lies that she didn’t push her. Eisha intervenes, checks the papers, and confirms that they were to be discarded anyway. She reassures Mangal not to worry.

Eisha then begins teaching Mangal how to use the computer and manage office data. Mangal picks up the basics quickly. Eisha compliments her intelligence and says she’s good with numbers, suggesting they could work on more accounts together. She also invites Mangal to the office party that evening, saying it’s a good opportunity to network and bond with colleagues. Mangal hesitates but agrees after Eisha’s encouragement.

Back on the street, the goons approach Lakshmi, pull her saree, and mock her. Lakshmi pleads for help.

At the office, Mangal calls Kusum and tells her about the upcoming office party. Kusum encourages her to attend and enjoy herself like everyone else. Mangal mentions that her saree got stained during the sindoor incident. Kusum promises to send her another saree through the dry cleaner.

Later, Soumya fumes upon hearing about Mangal being invited to the party. She decides to ruin Mangal’s evening. When the peon delivers a parcel to Mangal’s desk, Soumya sneaks over, steals the saree Kusum sent, and hides under the table. She replaces it with a different outfit.

When Mangal opens the parcel, she is surprised to find a dress instead of her saree. Confused, she wonders if the delivery person sent her the wrong parcel. Soumya secretly watches her from a distance, smirking at her successful prank.
