She cannot be so harsh when it comes to her child. Kusum worries about Mangal, but Sudesh also agrees that Adit should stay for Akshar’s sake. Kusum warns that Adit never keeps his promises, while Mangal admits the same but prioritises Akshar’s happiness.

At Soumya’s place, her friends question Adit’s absence. Embarrassed, Soumya says he must be busy with work. Her friends remind her that Adit has kids and family responsibilities. They leave, and Soumya feels humiliated.

Back at Mangal’s house, Akshar clings to Adit and asks if he will live with them. Adit reassures him. Kusum tries to maintain control, but Adit tells Soumya on call that he will stay with his children. Soumya overhears this and gets angry. Later, when Akshar requests to sleep with both his parents, Adit thanks Mangal for letting him stay. Sudesh reminds him that the children already had everyone except him, and it was Adit who left them.
