Mangal Lakshmi 2nd October 2024 Written Episode begins with Shanti calling Mangal. Worried, Mangal asks if she is okay. Shanti says they should come, and Mangal tells Lipika they have to leave.

At Gayatri’s house, she prepares a meal and tells Karthik they should cook together. Karthik thanks her and says he will call Lakshmi. Gayatri informs him that Lakshmi is not home again. Karthik is concerned about her going out frequently. Gayatri insists she should spend more time with them, and Karthik agrees to talk to her.

Lakshmi arrives at Mangal’s house calling for her. Kusum asks what happened, but Lakshmi insists on speaking to Mangal directly. Kusum warns her not to create another problem in Adit’s life. Lakshmi says it is something important. She reveals that on the day Adit was arrested, a woman took her phone and called the police. It was Soumya who made the complaint against Adit. Kusum is shocked.

Mangal returns home to find Shanti fainted. She and Lipika give Shanti an inhaler, and they both cry until Shanti recovers. Lakshmi wonders why Soumya would do such a thing. Kusum explains it is due to professional jealousy—Adit was promoted while Soumya was not, so she wants to take his position. Kusum thanks Lakshmi for sharing and promises to inform Adit. She advises Lakshmi not to tell Mangal to avoid worrying her.

Soumya calls Adit and says she knows he is upset but wants to talk. Adit agrees initially, but later, while driving with Akshar, he cancels the plan, saying he will watch a movie with his son instead. Soumya becomes bitter, feeling his family will never allow her time with him.

Lipika steps outside and confronts Soumya, accusing her of trapping her and targeting her sister’s life. Soumya warns her to watch her language and demands Mangal’s signature on divorce papers. Mangal suddenly appears, asking what is going on, but Soumya hides. Lipika covers by saying the doorbell rang. Mangal assures her not to worry about Shanti, as she will take care of her.

Meanwhile, Soumya sends a text warning Lipika she has only until tomorrow to get the signatures. She books a massage service, but when the woman arrives, she slaps her—it is Kusum in disguise.
