Sanjana remarks that Karthik takes care of Lakshmi just like my brother cared for his wife. Gayatri tells Karthik to sit down, as Lakshmi is not a child. Karthik mentions that she ignores her health. Sanjana questions Lakshmi about whether she has taken her medication. Karthik offers to retrieve it, and Gayatri suggests that Indu do it instead. However, Karthik insists on doing it himself, expressing his desire to care for people like her. Lakshmi assures everyone that she is fine while Karthik goes to get the medication. Sanjana interrupts, saying she already has it with her, but Karthik notices dirt on the container and informs them that he found it on the bedroom floor. He asks why it was thrown there in the first place.
According to Papa, my high BP is caused by Adit’s behavior towards her. He treats her poorly, even in front of the children. This needs to be addressed. Kusum shared my concerns and advised me to find the dress. Karthik reminds me that I threw away the tablet. Lakshmi explains that she thought she could heal without it. Karthik points out that everyone worries about me and questions why I threw it out. Mangal understands my fear of medicines and acknowledges that I wouldn’t have taken it anyway. He offers to make tea for me instead. Mangal agrees and adds that he just came to check on Lakshmi.
As Kusum enters the office, her gaze falls upon Somiya, sporting an identical dress. “Adit needs to clarify this,” Kusum states. She then summons Adit, insisting he come out immediately. Adit responds that he’s in the middle of something. Kusum shifts to Somiya’s attire as she comments, “Adit will surely come up with an excuse.” Somiya exits the room.
Mangal prepares tea for Lakshmi and notices her distressed appearance. “You seem upset,” she says. Lakshmi replies, “I’m feeling better now.” Gayatri suggests Mangal inform Indu on how to make the tea. Lipika excitedly shares with her friend about a beautiful dress she recently acquired. Suddenly, Somiya confronts her, saying, “Why are you wearing my dress?” Somiya urges her to lower her voice.
I’ll expose you in no time, Lipika claims. You’d better keep quiet around me. Go tell Mangal, Somiya says. Shall I tell her myself? Her tears would then need to be wiped away all day.
