Rahul says in the episode, “You can take your time, I’ll wait until you feel comfortable, so come on Mauli, one kiss.” Mauli says okay, only one kiss, close your eyes. He closes his eyes. She kisses him on the cheek and leaves. He says, Mauli, this is cheating. He thinks there’s something there, that Mauli wants to come to me, that she’s leaving for some reason. Is there anything I don’t know? Hari says Amma took you on Tirat Yatra for one month after our marriage, and you didn’t decline.
According to Janki, things were different in the past, and we can’t expect children to follow distancing rules, so they may end up fighting. However, Hari believes Rahul is responsible and wouldn’t behave that way. He reassures her not to worry. Tanvi advises Mauli to stay away from Rahul, but Janki intervenes and scolds Tanvi for speaking ill of Rahul. She reminds Tanvi that Mauli is committed to her marriage, unlike her actions in the past when she gave away her child to Swara. Tanvi defends herself by explaining that Swara came to her for help but couldn’t keep her promise. Janki urges Mauli not to think about it and assures her that everything will be fine. Meanwhile, Rahul plans a surprise for Mauli and dances to a romantic song with her.
Mauli prays. Saloni says you are lucky. Rahul is decorating the bedroom. She goes. Saloni asks Jyoti to give the milk to Mauli. Saloni says I’ll feel shy. Jyoti asks how I can go, you go. Akshay asks if she has added sugar to the milk. She says no, I forgot. Akshay says stop, you make the milk sweet. Mini and Golu start fighting. Akshay tells them to stop fighting. They laugh. Saloni hands the milk glass to Maul and asks her to go to Rahul.
Mauli entered the room and retrieved a greeting card, her face lighting up as she read it. Stepping onto the terrace, she was met with a romantic setup. Rahul asked if she liked it, and she smiled, expressing her appreciation for its beauty. He admitted that it had always been his desire to spend time with her, but upon sensing her nerves, he offered her some wine to help ease them. As they indulged in a drink, he reminded her they were now married and would spend the rest of their lives together, suggesting they celebrate. They danced to the “Ishq ve…” tune before Rahul leaned in for a kiss. However, Mauli stopped him and eventually drifted off to sleep. As she awoke later, she saw Rahul lying beside her and felt guilty for rebuffing his earlier advances.
As Mauli prays in the morning, Janki says you can tell me about your dilemma. Mauli says you know everything. I’m lying and hurting Rahul. His tolerance will run out one day. Janki says I have a way. The ladies greet Janki. It is Saawan month, so newlyweds are not allowed to stay together. The couple has to stay away. Jyoti asks what this ritual is about. Rahul worries. Sarla also says the same thing. They all laugh. Rahul says, ” I won’t let this happen, ” so he goes to Manoj, Ajay and Vijay.
Rahul says he doesn’t want a room in this house. Vijay shows them the room design and tells them everything. Manoj asks why. Sarla asks Mauli not to go to her husband for a month. Tanvi smiles. Vijay says Maa finds new rules. Ajay is the proof that Hari and Janki got married in Saawan. According to Manoj, Ajay was born in the first year of their marriage.
Rahul says it means she didn’t follow the rules, and she wants me to follow them. This is not done. The ladies leave. Janki says, “Rahul, you’ll sleep with your brothers, and Mauli’ll sleep with the ladies.” Rahul says this is wrong. Why are you not letting us stay together? I won’t let you come between us. Vijay says to think and speak. Rahul says I won’t follow these rules. Janki says you have to follow them.
