The Episode begins with Natasha spotting Suman, while Shesh sits in tears. Amrish introduces Mr. Kapoor to Dhawal, and Natasha’s thoughts drift to Suman again. To everyone’s delight, Dhawal has joined the business. As the others celebrate, Natasha arrives in tears and sees Dhawal and the rest partying. She angrily tosses things aside and Dhawal tries to calm her down. Amrish scolds her for her outburst and she furiously points out that they are all here having fun while Suman fights for her life. She directs her anger at Dhawal for also joining the party instead of being there for their friends in need. Amrish dismisses her concerns, but she stands firm and reminds him that Chiku has left and Suman is battling a brain stroke. Her words shock them all.
Shesh and Mittu are overcome with emotion at the sight of Suman. The doctor advises them to bring her home, away from the machines that cause her distress. Natasha recounts how she cried out for help and begged for someone to listen, but her pleas fell on deaf ears. She shares her disappointment with Pranali, who did not support her in her time of need. Expressing her frustration, she scolds Pranali for not standing by her side. She reflects on how things could have been different if Suman had received treatment earlier. Turning to Hetal Bhabhi, whom she holds in high regard like a mother figure, she expresses her disappointment at being let down by everyone including Hetal Bhabhi. She emphasizes that she was all alone in this difficult situation because no one showed up for support.
Dhawal receives a scolding from Amba for disregarding her calls. Later, a drunken man compliments Natasha’s speaking abilities and suggests forming a political party with her to guarantee election victories. Dhawal quickly asks the man to leave as the other guests depart. He embraces Natasha and apologizes for being preoccupied with stopping Isha and taking care of Amba’s health, causing him to miss her calls. He assures her that Suman will be fine, and they should leave. Meanwhile, Amba is determined not to let him go and fakes feeling unwell.
Natasha embraces Amba and reassures her that she is safe, reminding her that the contract has been signed by all family members. She informs Amba that she will be leaving with her husband, Dhawal Makwana, and no one can intervene. This revelation shocks everyone in the room. Amba clarifies that she had written the conditions and requested Natasha to gather signatures from their relatives. She then reveals her motive for executing this plan – to expose Natasha and her family’s wrong intentions towards Dhawal and protect their own family. A smile spreads across Natasha’s face at this revelation.
Natasha embraces Amba and expresses gratitude, “I appreciate your affection for me, but please don’t change yourself for my sake. I have taken care of everything, thank you.” To which Amba responds, “You are so clever, you’re not being truthful.” Natasha challenges her, “Prove it then. I am taking Dhawal with me.” Then they both leave. Meanwhile, Shesh and Mittu bring Suman back home. Kanta instructs Shesh to fetch Gangajal while the neighbors gather to pray for Suman’s well-being. Later on, Natasha and Dhawal arrive at the hospital only to find that Suman has been discharged. Distressed, Natasha asks the nurse about Suman’s whereabouts. The nurse informs her that the doctor has sent her home. Filled with emotion, Natasha bursts into tears.
