The Episode commences with Natasha in tears. Dhawal consoles her, urging her to remain strong. He then directs her to go to Suman while he goes to fetch the doctor. Upon returning home, Natasha notices the presence of their neighbors and Suman, which angers her towards Shesh. She questions him for bringing Suman home despite her previous request not to do so and slaps him in fury. Despite this, she remains optimistic and sings “O Palan hare” while holding Suman in her arms. Emotions overwhelm them both as they cling to each other in tears. Natasha reaffirms her faith and courage, pleading with Suman to wake up because she cannot bear to lose anyone else after Chiku’s departure. Just then, Suman regains consciousness, prompting Natasha to call for a doctor’s assistance, which Dhawal promptly arranges.

Pranali suggests we should have responded to Natasha’s call. Dolly agrees, acknowledging the help we received from her and suggesting a meeting with Suman. Hetal also agrees, proposing to disregard Natasha’s conditions and visit Chiku, who has left them. Amrish explains that they could not assist Natasha due to her contract forbidding anyone from interfering in her personal affairs, or she will take Dhawal away. As Amba had predicted, she did not want Natasha to become their daughter-in-law, but no one heeded her warning.

Dolly rushes to vomit, while Hetal and Pranali follow to check on her. The doctor examines Suman and notes that it indicates that she has opened her eyes. Natasha embraces Suman and jokingly mentions how they miss her scolding. Suman promises to stay put until she sees improvement in Dhara’s behavior. Natasha clarifies that she is not Dhara but is called Chutki. The doctor advises them to contact Dhara, but Natasha sorrowfully reveals that Dhara is no longer with them and expresses confusion over the situation.

The doctor mentioned that her previous memories have resurfaced as a result of the brain stroke. I recommend avoiding placing any additional stress on her, and she will recover. Dolly calls out to Chirag while Hetal and Pranali assist her. Dhawal assures them they are prepared to play against Gautam and Dhara, but their main priority is to help her get better. Suman asks Natasha for a head massage, which she does with a smile and even kisses Suman’s forehead. However, Suman expresses her dislike for these gestures.

Chirag inquires about the news, to which Dolly shares that he will be a father. This brings smiles to everyone’s faces and prompts Chirag to embrace Dolly. Amrish expresses surprise at not being informed beforehand, but Chirag clarifies that they were still confirming it with a doctor. Dolly adds that she had taken a self-test and received a positive result. Hetal assures them that any negative energy will be warded off while Pranali congratulates her. Bhaven also joins in the celebration by hugging Chirag and extending his congratulations. Amba mentions feeling left out and considering leaving the house, but Amrish reminds her of their new role as grandparents and again embraces Chirag and Dolly.

He urges Bhaven to draw motivation from Chirag as Dhawal embraces Natasha, who expresses that he is her source of strength. He wishes she truly believed in her words and trusted him, questioning how she could think he would abandon Daama and the party. She apologizes, admitting her fear when he didn’t answer her calls and reiterating that he is her pillar of support, so she wants him by her side. He inquires about the contract and conditions they had agreed on, stating that love and trust cannot be built through such means. He asks for an explanation for her actions.

According to Natasha, I acted upon Amba’s request, which has left him in a state of shock. She explains that she had taken Makwana’s house papers from Chiku to return the house to everyone, and she expressed her gratitude towards Isha for this. However, Amba had recorded a video and was using it to blackmail me. Thus, I complied with her demands to avoid losing Chiku. As a result, he became sad.
