Koyal asks Vedika whether she’s mad and wants to stay in the Maheshwari Mansion. Vedika replies that they discussed staying near Rajeshwari mam, but Vedika replies that it’s just a battlefield. Koyal says Vedika should call her if she needs any help, and she exclaims that she will surely help. In response to Vedika’s question, Koyal quickly ends the call, explaining that she must return to work. Koyal wonders how to tell Vedika that she is hacking people’s bank accounts.
When Vedika turns, she hits Sagar, drops her phone, kneels to pick it up but hits their heads, then tries to leave, but he stops her. When he says he wants to say something, she asks what happened, but Vedika replies that she doesn’t want to, Sagar replies he wants to talk about what Vedika did last night, Vedika says she didn’t do anything intentionally since the police were irritating them and he even helped her father that day.
Sagar acknowledges his aunt’s kind actions, such as signing the petition and taking on the responsibility of the pooja. He mentions his aunt’s happiness, which he hadn’t seen in a while. Curious about why she’s blushing, Vedika interrupts him. Rajeshwari is present, although she leaves soon after receiving a call. She apologizes to Sagar for whatever happened before excusing herself to speak with Saraswathi. Meanwhile, Rajeshwari contacts Digvijay despite knowing he’s in a meeting. Suspicious that someone might be eavesdropping, she turns around but finds no one there, leaving her confused.
Vedika’s worry deepens as the list falls onto the floor. She fears Rajeshwari mam might glimpse it and realize she has been eavesdropping. To avoid detection, Rajeshwari urges Digvijay to hurry home and secure the red file containing their secrets, including Gautham and Dayal’s deaths. She emphasizes that Vedika must not uncover the truth and implores Digvijay to understand her predicament. After speaking with Digvijay, Rajeshwari exits, leaving Vedika relieved that the file holds all the information she needs to unravel the mystery behind Rajeshwari Maheshwari.
It is said that the pooja resolves all the troubles of the Maheshwari family, so Maui is busy with her phone when she hears that the Maheshwari family is arranging the pooja once again. Mauri gets excited when she sees the necklace photo, believing it will change their lifestyle, and she wants it badly. She thinks that she wants it badly, and Koyal and Vedika’s friendship may also be affected.
Vedika slowly approaches the door, reminiscing about Rajeshwari mam’s warning to Digvijay sir about the contents of the red file. Suddenly, she turns around and is startled to see Saraswathi asking why she is there. Vedika explained that she was only trying to get some network on her phone but got lost returning to her room. Saraswathi reveals that it is Digvijay’s study, and Vedika’s room is the first one on the left down the hallway. Feeling guilty for lying, Vedika confesses that she is looking for the red file and hopes it holds all the needed evidence. She swiftly enters Digvijay’s study in search of it.
He gets scared of the lizard and starts panicking when he sees it, so he pulls her back and covers her mouth. Vedika smiles and asks if he is afraid of lizards. Sagar replies he is not afraid of them and then admits he is a bit scared because what can that lizard do to such a strong person? Vedika replies that lizards are adorable, and she starts walking into the study; Sagar asks where she is going, so Vedika replies she has to get rid of it, so she pats the wall so it runs away.
Sagar asks Vedika what she said about the red file, but Vedika believes it isn’t here. Vedika pushes him out of the study, saying a cockroach is there. Sagar says she demonstrated great strength when Vedika attempted to push him, and he explained that he was going back to his room. Vedika walks away after asking him what he was doing here so late at night, and Vedika replies that she was stealing.
As Rajeshwari tells Digvijay that the girl is in this house, she feels tense, but Digvijay should make this her defeat instead. As Vedika lay on the bed thinking she had to find the file, she risked entering the Maheshwari Mansion to find it. When she sees the shadow of someone walking, she becomes worried but thinks she is getting scared without cause. She returns to bed again and closes her eyes, but someone is outside the house.
Koyal is puzzled by her momsi’s suggestion to steal from the Maheshwari family. Mauri reassures her that Vedika’s presence will make it easy to take the necklace. Koyal remarks that Saraswathi is similar to her mother. Mauri explains that she wants to do something for Koyal before she passes away and mentions that the Maheshwari family is wealthy and won’t miss one necklace. However, Koyal disagrees and says that’s not how things should be done. In an attempt to show her dream house, Mauri tears a photo, and Koyal questions the drama. Suddenly, Mauri attempts to harm herself, but Koyal promises to do anything for her mother. She apologizes to Vedika, realizing she may have to go against her sister for the sake of their mother.
Vedika is sleeping when she hears someone approaching her room. She realizes the door has just been opened and asks who is there. However, she is scared. She still throws the pillow, but the person doesn’t stop, so she throws another pot, questioning who is there. She sees the knife in her hand and becomes worried. Then she starts running and calls out for help, but Sagar covers her mouth and tells her to remain silent. They both fall on the bed after struggling.
Vedika is on top of Sagar, with her mouth covered. Sagar says he brought water for her, but she is shouting at him, asking what sort of manners he has when he should have knocked. Sagar replies that he thought she might wake up. She says that’s why he came unannounced into his room. Sagar replies that he owns this house and room. Saraswathi calls Vedika, so both Sagar and Vedika are concerned.
