Rajeshwari beckons Digvijay to join them. Upon spotting Vedika, he questions her presence once again. Vedika clarified she had come for a file. Rajeshwari remarks on Vedika’s frequent excuses. However, Vedika elaborates that she wants to ensure her mother’s well-being by monitoring their actions. Rajeshwari concedes that keeping an eye on them is all Vedika can do in this situation. At this point, Digvijay reminds Rajeshwari Maa of an incoming call they need to attend. Rajeshwari reiterates her stance on how Sagar and Koyal’s marriage will effectively end Vedika’s interference in their affairs.
Koyal suddenly starts coughing, so asks for water when Sagar immediately says that he will bring water for her, Mauri comes to Koyal, who says that she meant to speak to her about Sagar’s relationship, Mauri says that she will not let Koyal refuse, because this is the best way to punish Vedika. Sagar continuously apologizes to Saraswathi, who responds by packing her bags. Rajeshwari then interjects, expressing that she has always regarded Saraswathi as her daughter, and attempts to apologize on Sagar’s behalf. However, Saraswathi firmly refuses when Rajeshwari pulls Sagar aside and suggests he should marry Koyal. Reminiscing about their childhood, Sagar reminds Saraswathi of a time when he accidentally hit Yamini, and their Chachi advised forgiveness for one mistake per year. Despite this reminder, Sagar agrees to any punishment Rajeshwari suggests regarding marrying Jhanvi.
As Sagar insists he doesn’t want to marry, Saraswathi interrupts him, reminding him of Jhanvi’s suggestion to forgive their mistake. She assures Sagar that he won’t be pressured to marry Jhanvi. However, she playfully twists his ears as a reminder that she has forgiven him once but expects him to be more careful in the future. Sagar hugs her tightly, and they agree to accept whatever decision is made between him and Jhanvi. Observing the embrace, Koyal looks on curiously while Suphedra is in the background.
While working, Padma expresses her admiration for the individuals in the NGO who sent food for their children. Vedika expands on this by mentioning the numerous people who make and distribute the food to the NGO. As Vedika notices a vegetable dish, she remembers that Saraswathi aunty contributed to it. A boy comments on how delicious the food looks, prompting Vedika to instruct him to sit while she serves. Another boy kindly hands her a red balloon, which she accepts with a smile. Meanwhile, Sagar gazes at a photo and wonders about Jhanvi’s whereabouts.
