The episode begins with Shakti asking Sundari to repeat what she just said. Trembling, Sundari replies, “Kartik bit me.” The entire family is left in shock. Shiv immediately refuses to believe it, calling the statement nonsense. Sundari insists she is telling the truth, but Shiv argues that they administered her an antidote for snake poison, so how could Kartik have caused this?

Shakti gently asks Sundari to explain everything in detail. Sundari says she scolded Kartik that morning for skipping breakfast and playing games. He got angry and started arguing with her. When she tried to discipline him, he suddenly bit her. Keertan arrived and tried to stop him, but Kartik pushed him away and didn’t calm down until Keertan slapped him.

Shakti examines the bite mark and frowns, saying it’s strange that she showed symptoms of snake poisoning after being bitten by a human. Mohini watches silently, smirking to herself, and thinks, “Of course she was poisoned — Kartik carries my venom now.”

Shiv dismisses the whole story again, saying it’s impossible. Keertan steps forward and supports Sundari’s claim. He says, “I saw it happen. I tried to stop him, but he was out of control. I had to slap him to protect Sundari. I wanted to tell everyone earlier, but no one would have believed me.” Despite his explanation, Shiv is still confused and asks, “How can someone get snake poison from a human bite?”

Dadi begins to panic after hearing all this. Mohini quietly leans toward her and whispers, “You must be wondering if there’s a naagin in this house. Go ahead, tell them — but remember, if you do, Kartik will die.” Dadi freezes in fear.

Mohini continues her chilling confession. She tells Dadi that she had saved Kartik’s life earlier, but at a cost. “I filled his body with my poison to keep him alive. Now, he can’t survive without it. I keep feeding him small doses of venom through his food every day.”

A flashback shows Mohini carefully mixing her venom into Kartik’s meals — milk, sweets, and even fruit — keeping him dependent on her toxic magic. Dadi is horrified. Mohini adds coldly, “Once someone becomes addicted to a naagin’s poison, they can never escape it. If Kartik doesn’t get it, he will suffer terribly and cry in pain.”

Dadi falls to her knees, pleading, “Please don’t hurt my Kartik. I beg you.” Mohini smirks and warns her, “Then stay quiet. The day you speak about me, that day your Kartik will die.” Dadi, terrified and helpless, promises to remain silent.

Meanwhile, Dharam sits alone, heartbroken by Koyal’s harsh words. Manorama finds him and asks why he looks so defeated. Dharam says he feels like a failure who can never do anything right. Manorama consoles him, reminding him that starting a business itself is a big achievement. She asks who gave him the idea to post his video on Koyal’s social media account. Dharam admits it was Rimjhim’s suggestion.

Manorama scolds him gently, explaining that he shouldn’t have used Koyal’s account without discussing it with her. “She built her audience with hard work,” she says. “If you want to grow, make decisions with her, not behind her back.” Dharam agrees and walks away. Once he leaves, Manorama mutters angrily, “I won’t spare Rimjhim for this.”

Back at the Suryavanshi mansion, Mohini gloats to herself while Dadi sits silently, terrified. Mohini says, “Remember, Dadi, your grandson belongs to me now. He can’t live without my venom.” Dadi folds her hands and pleads for Kartik’s safety. Mohini smirks and says she will protect him — but only as long as Dadi keeps her mouth shut.
