The episode begins with Shiv finding Kartik crying alone in his room. Shiv gently tells him that what he did was wrong and that he should never have bitten Sundari. Kartik sobs and says he doesn’t know why he did it. Just then, Shakti walks in and stops Shiv from scolding him further. She consoles Kartik lovingly, asking him to talk to her instead.

Kartik, teary-eyed, apologises and promises not to repeat the mistake. Shakti assures him that he is a smart boy and will never do something like that again. He nods and says he will apologise to Sundari himself. Kartik then asks curiously, “But why did she faint after I bit her?” Shakti quickly replies, “She fainted because of food poisoning, not because of you, so don’t worry.” Kartik feels relieved and leaves the room.

After he leaves, Shakti turns to Shiv and says she wants to get Kartik’s blood test done to find out how Sundari was poisoned. Shiv thinks it’s just a coincidence, but Shakti insists. Shiv finally agrees.

The next morning, Shakti tries to take Kartik’s blood sample, but he gets scared of the injection. She gently tells him, “You’re strong and brave, just look away.” Shiv distracts him with conversation while Shakti quickly collects the sample. Mohini secretly watches them from behind the door, her eyes narrowing in suspicion. Once the sample is taken, Kartik runs away playfully. Shakti hands the vial to Shiv, who thanks her and hugs her before leaving for the lab.

Meanwhile, Mohini walks into Sundari’s room carrying a glass of milk. Sundari, still recovering, looks frightened. Mohini says sweetly, “Don’t be scared, this isn’t poisoned. Drink it, it’ll give you strength.” She then pretends to be concerned and says, “I think the poison in your body came from a naagin. Maybe that spirit has possessed Kartik. Don’t look into his eyes if he comes near you — he can hypnotise you.” Sundari is terrified. Mohini continues her manipulation, saying, “If he comes to apologise, don’t make eye contact. That’s how the naagin controls minds.” Sundari nods nervously.

Later, Kartik walks in with a handmade apology card for Sundari. “I’m sorry,” he says softly. But Sundari refuses to look at him and says coldly, “Go away.” Kartik looks confused and hurt. Just then, Shakti enters and sees the tension. Sundari leaves abruptly. Kartik tells Shakti sadly, “She didn’t even look at me.” Shakti comforts him and says she’ll talk to Sundari. In the corner, Mohini smirks, satisfied that her plan is working.

Mohini later joins the family in the living room with a tray of tea. Padma asks, “Where’s Sundari?” Mohini replies smoothly, “She’s resting. I think she was poisoned when Kartik bit her. That means there’s a powerful snake in this house — maybe one that’s hundreds of years old.”

Nandu rolls his eyes and says, “What nonsense is this now?” Mohini insists, “In our village, there are ichadhari naags — shape-shifting snakes that can live for centuries.” Dadi trembles with fear, remembering Mohini’s earlier warnings. Mohini continues, “These snakes can take human form and mix among us. They can poison anyone with just one bite.”

Padma looks alarmed and says, “Then anyone could be in danger! If Kartik bites someone again, they might die!” Mohini nods dramatically, saying, “Exactly. He’s dangerous — he shouldn’t be near anyone.”

Before she can say more, Shakti storms into the room and, without hesitation, slaps Mohini hard across the face. Everyone gasps in shock. Mohini’s expression turns furious, but she tries to stay calm. However, her anger boils over — her skin begins to shimmer, and suddenly, the truth is revealed. Her snake scales become visible, her eyes glow yellow, and her form begins to change.

Everyone stands frozen in terror as Mohini transforms into her naagin form. Dadi screams, and the others step back in horror. Before anyone can react, Mohini hisses, lunges forward, and bites Shakti on the neck.

Shiv rushes forward, shouting Shakti’s name, as she collapses to the floor, gasping for breath. The family watches in shock as Mohini’s evil truth finally comes to light.
