The episode begins with Shakti urging Shiv to return home with her. Meanwhile, Manorama brings Dharam to the hospital, blaming Koyal for his condition. Koyal counters, saying Dharam is only in this state because of Manorama’s fake suicide drama. The two women argue until Chacha intervenes, demanding silence as Dharam lies unconscious.

At the house, Ragunath confronts Shakti, insisting that Shiv should not stay at home until he’s mentally stable. He argues that although the house belongs to Shiv, he must focus on recovery. Shakti reminds him that Shiv is the rightful owner, and no one has the authority to evict him. Ragunath threatens to leave the house if they refuse to listen. Shakti calmly says she and Shiv will leave instead, declaring that any home without love and unity is meaningless.

Kartik offers to go with them, but Shakti assures him that she’ll find a home first and bring him later. Surprisingly, Nandu apologizes and begs to accompany them, calling Shiv his god. Shakti, however, asks Nandu to stay and protect Kartik instead. Nandu promises to do so with all his heart.

As they prepare to leave, Rimjhim stops Shakti and says she now stands with her. But Shakti declines, asking her to stay back and protect the family from their enemies. Rimjhim agrees. Shakti tells Shiv it’s time for a new beginning, and the two walk out together while Mandira watches smugly, thinking this is the beginning of their downfall.

Shakti and Shiv head to Manorama’s house, only to find it locked. A neighbor refuses to help when Shakti asks for water for Shiv. All other neighbors also shun them. Shiv begins to feel faint, and Shakti worries for his health. Despite the situation, she tries to soothe him by massaging his feet, bringing a faint smile to his face.

Back at the hospital, Koyal tries to meet Dharam, but Manorama blocks her. The two argue again. When Koyal tries to slap Manorama in return, Chacha intervenes, saying Dharam loves his mother more than anything. Koyal insists that Dharam also loves her and would be upset if he saw his mother acting this way. Manorama tells her to leave, but Koyal emotionally pleads her love for Dharam. Chacha warns both women that if the drama continues, he’ll take Dharam away for his peace.

At the same time, Shakti tries calling Manorama, but she fails to notice the call.
