Shiv leads Shakti into the bathroom, and she asks him what he’s up to. He replies that they should have done it a long time ago. He then pulls her near and turns on the shower. As she embraces him, she holds him tightly and wishes him a Happy Birthday. Shiv leans in to kiss her, but his attention is drawn to her neck. He admits that while she has given him many rights, he still has yet to grant certain ones.
In the mandir, Shiv gazes at the damaged mangalsutra that Shakti had placed there. He reflects on how she has been an exceptional wife, always tending to his needs and keeping his family safe. She has gone above and beyond, risking her life for him. No one else could have done what she did. As a result, she deserves to be treated as my complete partner, with all the respect and affection of a beloved daughter-in-law in this household. And so, he carefully mends the mangalsutra.
As the family reaches the mandir, Shiv stands at the entrance with the mangalsutra. Curious, Dadi inquires about the situation. With a serene expression, Shiv reveals that specific ties may have been strained, but it’s time to repair them. Turning to Shakti, he recalls how she had once advised him to make her wear this symbol of marriage when their relationship was indeed acknowledged. He now declares his love for her and proclaims he has fallen for her all over again. Overwhelmed with emotion, Shakti listens intently.
Shiv places the mangalsutra around her neck, and they exchange smiles. He embraces her in front of their family members. Together, they offer prayers to Bhole Nath with Shakti. She expresses gratitude for being blessed with Shiv while he prays for their eternal bond. The rest of the family also participates in the pooja. Later, Shiv reminds Mandira that no amount of prayer can absolve her from the consequences of her actions this time. She must face the consequences for all that she has done.
Shakti advises Shiv to speak with Gayatri before exposing Mandira. Shiv agrees and goes to the rest of the family, stating that he wants to talk with Gayatri first. As he begins to leave, the lights unexpectedly turn off. Chacha expresses his concern for his daughters to Manorama, who reminds him they should not interfere in their affairs and have faith in Shiv and Shakti to handle things. Chacha then prays for the well-being of his daughters.
Nandu presents the cake to Shiv and announces it was planned especially for him, causing Shiv’s face to light up with a smile. Raghunath expresses his deep affection for Shiv, emphasizing that he means the world to him. Dadi echoes this sentiment, acknowledging their family’s gratitude towards Shiv. She adds that his late grandfather would be immensely proud of him. Grateful for their love and support, Shiv enquires about Mandira’s whereabouts. She appears and assures him she is by his side at all times. Pleased by her response, Shiv confirms she will remain with him. He then instructs Shakti to watch everyone while he goes to fetch Gayatri. Responsive to his request, Shakti nods in agreement.
