Shiv Shakti 31st July 2024 Written Episode Update begins with Mohini threatening Dadi for trying to reveal the truth to Shakti. Mohini says she can destroy her entire family with ease. Dadi loses control and strangles Mohini with her dupatta, declaring that she will kill her if needed. Mohini instantly freezes her and steps back, furious that Dadi dared to attack a naagin. She tells Dadi that her love for her family is useless because their time is limited. She warns that while Shiv still has time, Kartik will die today by vomiting blood. Dadi is horrified.
Mohini reminds her that she warned her not to go against her, yet she did, so Kartik will now pay the price. She accuses Dadi of choosing to kill her Kundan to save Shiv, and says she will take revenge for that betrayal. Dadi falls to her knees and begs Mohini to spare her family, insisting they are innocent. Mohini refuses to listen.
Meanwhile, Dharam and Koyal arrive at the police station. Rimjhim angrily accuses Koyal of punishing her parents because of their differences. Koyal denies filing the complaint. Dharam explains that they came to withdraw the case. The inspector notices Koyal’s burned hand and asks her to accompany her for questioning.
Shakti heads toward Dadi’s room. Inside, Dadi continues pleading with Mohini not to harm Kartik. Mohini says the full moon night has arrived and she plans to steal Shakti’s marriage proofs to destroy her. Dadi begs her to stop. Shakti reaches the doorway, shocked to see Dadi folding her hands before Mohini. She realises something is being hidden from her.
At the police station, the inspector assures Koyal she does not need to be afraid. She asks whether Koyal is being tortured by her in laws. Koyal remembers her arguments with Rimjhim and says the burn was an accident and no one harmed her. The inspector reveals that her brother filed the complaint. Koyal calls him a liar and begs her to close the case and not tell her husband.
Back at home, Shakti questions Dadi about why she was begging in front of Mohini. She says everyone respects Dadi, so why would she fold her hands before her. Dadi says Shakti is mistaken. Mohini interrupts and says Shakti should know the truth because it concerns the naagin. Shakti asks what she means. Mohini lies and says Kartik’s body has absorbed the naagin’s poison and is connected to the naagin responsible. She claims Dadi was simply asking if there was a solution, and she refused because she does not want to anger anyone further.
Dadi supports Mohini’s story, saying she only wants to protect her family because Shakti and Shiv do not believe in such things. Shakti nods and says she will prepare for the pooja. She takes Dadi along with her.
Mohini smirks, saying she still needs to obtain Shakti’s anklet and it will not be easy.
