Shakti accuses you of carelessly toying with the lives of everyone, including your son. Meanwhile, Mandira insists that you have wounded her pride in a way she cannot forgive, and therefore, she will not spare your loved ones who are significant to you. She is willing to go to extreme lengths for the sake of her ego, and she challenges you to do the same for your family. After all, your family took you in and treated you as their own. Mandira goes on to warn that if anything were to happen to Rimjhim, it would not only devastate her parents but also cause tremendous pain for you. She asks how you would handle such a heavy burden on your conscience. And though you claim to prioritize your ego above all else, even your decision not to marry Shiv is ultimately driven by that same motive.
Shakti stands her ground, asserting that her self-respect is at stake. Mandira disagrees, stating that she must choose between her self-respect and family loyalty. Shakti clarifies that while her family holds great importance to her and she would willingly lay down her life for them, they are not a source of weakness but rather a source of strength. She feels indebted to them as they have treated her like their own and constantly uplifted her. Her love for Rimjhim is so strong that she would sacrifice anything for her, so she has resolved to marry Shiv. Upon hearing this, Mandira is overjoyed. Shakti pleads with Mandira to prioritize getting Rimjhim and Keertan married before anything else.
Mandira says the offer was for a limited period, so you can’t get it now. Shakti begs her and says you can’t do it. Mandira tells her she should beg sincerely, fall to her feet, and ask as she means it. Shakti remembers Manorama’s words about considering Rimjhim. She falls to Mandira’s feet and begs her to marry Shiv and save Rimjhim’s life. “I told you that you would beg me to get married to Shiv one day,” Mandira says.
The family arrives at the house and asks what’s going on. Shakti places her head on Mandira’s feet and begs her to marry Shiv. Padma thinks she will be exposed today. She whispers to Shakti to do as she says if she wants to save Rimjhim’s life, saying you should not do this. Mandira stops Shakti and says you will be our daughter-in-law. When she informs the family that Shakti has agreed to marry Shiv, they are all pleased to hear it.
