Upon Shiv’s arrival with Shakti, Kartik expresses his longing for them and Shiv shares that he had been at the hospital, which was not a pleasant experience. Shortly after, Mandira enters and informs them that they must relocate. The rest of the family joins them as the team from the mental asylum attempts to take Shiv away, leading to Shakti and Kartik’s interference. Amidst the commotion, Raghunath appears and inquires about the situation.

According to Mandira, Shiv’s mental condition may require him to be sent to an asylum instead of staying here. However, Shakti questions her authority to make such a decision for him. Mandira believes that he is uncontrollable, and Shakti’s actions have proved his mental state. She suggests it would be best for everyone if Shiv were allowed to leave and receive treatment from doctors at the asylum. On the other hand, Shakti accuses Mandira of wanting to send Shiv away to gain control and allow a fake doctor like Keertan to take over the hospital.

Shiv will remain safe in his home, and I will not allow him to leave. Raghunath agrees, suggesting we bring doctors to him as Shiv needs his family’s support at this time. He will not be taken anywhere else. Mandira expresses concern that he is a danger, but Raghunath assures her again that he will not be leaving. Keertan then speaks up about Shiv’s past violence, questioning why we would want him to stay here. However, we have decided for him to go, and there has been no change.

Raghunath is appalled by your disrespect. He attempts to reprimand you physically, but Keertan defends himself and warns you not to try anything. Shakti then intervenes, reminding you that Raghunath is the eldest here and deserves respect. And don’t think he’s vulnerable- I stand by him and will defend him at any cost. I won’t hesitate to take action if you threaten him in any way.

Mandira informs Keertan that he is not Shiv and should not take similar actions. She apologizes to Raghunath and explains that Keertan is simply protective of her. Due to Shiv’s unstable behaviour, they all agreed to send him away, including Nandu. As they attempt to remove Shiv from the premises, the manager remembers accepting a bribe from Mandira to get rid of Shiv by any means necessary.

As Shakti attempts to halt their actions, Dadi intervenes and declares it’s time to cease. She asserts that Shiv and Shakti are not to be forced out anywhere. Revealing Dada’s will, she clarifies that the house belongs to Shiv, as it is under his name. Though Shiv has the power to evict everyone, no one can displace him. Shakti affirms that the house rightfully belongs to Shiv, and no one has the authority to expel him. Mandira points out that Shiv requires medical treatment, which the law has also determined. Uncertain of her meaning, Dadi inquires further.

As Mehta, the board member, arrives, Mandira explains her reason for calling him – her concern for Shiv’s well-being. Mehta acknowledges that while Shiv may be mentally unstable and his innocence remains unproven, his legal rights have been forfeited. He suggests that Shiv should be sent away to ensure everyone’s safety. Shakti agrees and poses the question of who should receive Shiv’s legal rights. He then shares his suggestion – Shiv’s wife, who can provide an affidavit stating that she has prepared plans.

As the custodian of Shiv, I must oversee all his powers until he has fully recovered. It has been revealed that Gauri, his first wife, was killed because someone knew this fact. I am aware of her killer, and they will soon be brought to justice. As Shiv’s caretaker, I have decided that he will remain here under my watch. Mandira expresses concern about monitoring Shiv 24/7 as he could threaten others. I understand her worries and suggest anyone who feels unsafe can leave the house. This news surprises everyone. I asked Mandira for her thoughts on my proposal and assured her that if she is afraid, she can also choose to leave.
