Shiv is in the rickshaw and asks the driver to drive fast. He worries about Shakti and Rimjhim. She sits in the mandir and waits for Shiv. As Manorama enters the room, she says she has no choice. She calls the police and tells them everything. She asks the police to stop the wedding. She ended the call by saying Ranjan would be arrested right away.
As the wedding ceremony carries on, Ranjan reaches for Shakti’s hand. Manorama suddenly reappears, and Shakti wonders if she has spoken to Shiv. Ranjan asks his brother-in-law to check on her, so he heads towards her. Seeing this, Shakti becomes uneasy when they hear sirens approaching. She suspects that Manorama may have called the police. And just as she feared, Manorama declares triumphantly that they will be caught now. Taking matters into his own hands, Ranjan’s brother-in-law grabs Manorama and confines her in a room. The inspector then enters the house and halts the marriage proceedings, informing them they have received reports of it being forced. Chacha is baffled by this revelation.
Manorama attempts to confront Ranjan’s brother-in-law, only to be met with a slap and a command to remain in place. Chacha assures the inspector that everything is under control. Ranjan quietly warns Shakti that any attempt to escape will harm her loved ones. My associates are keeping a close eye, so be cautious. Going against me would not be wise. Chacha explained to the inspector that there seemed to be some misunderstanding. The inspector then questions Shakti if she is being coerced into this marriage, but she shakes her head in denial and agrees to proceed with it. Chacha requests the inspector’s departure, apologises, and escorts them out.
Manorama is fighting with Ranjan’s brother-in-law, but he slaps her hard and keeps her in the room before the police leave. He tells her to keep her mouth shut, or he won’t spare her and her family.
Ranjan tells Chacha that Shiv or Shakti might have called the police, but they keep trying to delay this wedding. He asks the priest to proceed with the wedding. He whispers to Shakti, I know you are Shakti. Shakti thinks I hope Rimjhim is okay. Dadi tells the family she’s worried about Shiv. Ragunath asks people about Shiv.
He comes back to the wedding with Ranjan’s brother-in-law. Shakti worries about Manorama and cannot find her. She tells Ranjan, “I will do as you say, but just let me know if Manorama is okay.” Manorama rechecks Ranjan’s phone and finds Shiv’s number under “bodyguard”. Shakti tells Ranjan that she won’t marry him if he doesn’t tell her that Manorama is okay. His brother-in-law says I slapped her for calling the police, but she’s alright. Ranjan asks how she did so.
When Shiv arrives at the market, he looks for Rimjhim and finds her locked in a store. He breaks the lock and brings her out. Rimjhim says he is worried about his family. Ranjan sees his phone gone and tells his brother-in-law to stop her. In the meantime, Manorama calls Shiv. He says everything is okay.
