The episode begins with Payal apologizing to Pankaj and Nidhi after she deliberately sets Nidhi’s dupatta on fire. Krish asks her to relax and tells her that Bindiya’s hand and Nidhi Didi’s dupatta were burned. He says a big thing happened. Payal leaves. Krish tells Pankaj to pick up Nidhi from there, and she’s in shock.
Indiya was about to leave, but Krish asked her to finish eating. Indu tells Baldev that he cannot take good care of her. He promises to massage her feet. Krish comes there and keeps his hand on his eyes, saying what did I see, my Papa is joru ka ghulam. Indu asks how Payal is. Krish says she is fine. He asks why you are requesting. Indu asks him to take care of Payal. Krish says okay and walks away.
Indya covers Nidhi in another dupatta and says Payal will do something dangerous. Nidhi replies that Payal can go to any extent. She tells Bindiya she didn’t tell anyone about it in the hospital, but she will now. Bindiya says let’s go tell them. Payal looks at them evilly as they leave the room and asks them to go. She then says she will call everyone here for the panchayat.
Bindiya attempts to converse with Payal but is immediately shut down. Payal clarifies that she is there to speak with her Nanad Nidhi and warns Nidhi that her idea could be detrimental. Bindiya cautions against getting too confident, as it could lead to a downfall. However, Payal confidently states that she knows how to manipulate the situation in her favour, as she is skilled at doing so. She predicts that Nidhi will eventually confess to Krish that Payal emotionally manipulated her into scheduling an appointment for an abortion under her name. She then asserts that Indu and Krish will trust her account of events, just like Satyavadi Harish Chandra’s unwavering honesty.
Indiya says I will expose you, as Nidhi and Pankaj are with me. She says Maa ji will believe her and asks her to think about what happens if her lie is exposed. Keeping her head on Nidhi’s tummy, Payal says this won’t happen, and if you win, what will happen to the baby? Bindiya asks what do you want? Payal says if anyone tries to snatch my Krish from me, I will steal your baby from you, so they need to decide if the baby is essential or exposing her truth in front of everyone.
Pankaj shouts at Payal, but she walks away. Bindiya stops him, and Pankaj insists he will expose her. Nidhi says Payal is not a woman but a devil, a witch who can go to any extent. She tells Bindiya that they can’t help her. Pankaj argues that they are three against one, but Nidhi points out they are not as cunning as Payal. Bindiya emphasizes they can’t be careless about the baby and can’t take any chances. She says if the matter were about them, she would confront Payal directly. Pankaj worries that Payal’s truth will not be exposed this way. Bindiya reassures him, saying the truth will come out eventually. Until now, they had seen a liar and cunning person, but today, she has seen a hazardous side of Payal.
Bindiya hugs Nidhi and says nothing is more important than your child. Nidhi apologizes for not being able to fight with Payal. She asks Pankaj not to tell Babu ji about it because she doesn’t want to risk his health. Pankaj says he knows Nidhi does not wish to return to my house. Nidhi says I’m ready to go anywhere whenever we need to protect our baby. We should go home, Pankaj nods.
He says you want to get pregnant and asks him to keep him out of this race. Sakshi brings something and gives it to Vikram. Vikram says it’s like gutter water. She asks if you’ve ever drunk it. Sakshi tells him she wants a baby anyway. She says she didn’t see Payal, and Krish asks about her. Vikram throws the glass. The two sisters have priority in the house, not me.
As Nidhi and Pankaj prepare to leave, Indu questions why they are going so late at night. She suggests they stay until morning. Curious, she asks Nidhi if Pankaj had pressured her into leaving. Nidhi reassures her mother that, as her daughter, no one can force her to do anything against her will. Sakshi embraces Nidhi and urges her to stay for a few more days. In an emotional moment, Nidhi hugs Bindiya while Indu and Sakshi look on in surprise. Meanwhile, Payal visits the hospital and asks about Nidhi’s abortion. The doctor confirmed that she had come in for the procedure but did not proceed. Payal then offers to make Nidhi rich and become a part of their affluent family if she follows her instructions.
As Nidhi has left, Baldev and Indu miss her. Krish comes home and asks if Payal has come. He says he has scolded her unnecessarily, and it is his fault. Krish gets a call and is shocked.
Upon arriving at the hospital, he inquires about Payal Shukla’s whereabouts. The nurse informs him that she is in room no. 105. Witnessing Payal’s distressed state, he approaches her and asks how she could do such a thing. He expresses his sorrow over her actions, mentioning how she did not consider their family before making this decision and has taken away their most significant source of joy. Bindiya then informs Baldev that something seems amiss with Payal, to which he instructs Indu to drink some water. However, Indu dismisses his concern and blames Bindiya for any potential harm befalling the Shukla heir.

Payal acts as if Bindiya is hitting her and jumps off the stairs, creating the appearance of Bindiya pushing her. Police arrive with an arrest warrant to arrest Bindiya.
