As the officer examines the circumstances surrounding the missing money, the investigation becomes increasingly tangled in secrets, conflicting accounts and deception.
The central question is whether the people connected to the case are revealing the complete truth.
The film’s premise combines a police investigation with psychological uncertainty, making the reliability of the characters and their accounts an important part of the mystery.
The official storyline establishes the central investigation but does not disclose the resolution. Viewers will have to watch the film to discover how the case unfolds.

Blind Game Is Directed by the Late Sangeeth Sivan
One of the significant aspects of Blind Game is its association with filmmaker Sangeeth Sivan, who died in May 2024.
Sivan worked across Malayalam and Hindi cinema and was known for directing films in different genres.
His Hindi film credits include Kya Kool Hai Hum and Apna Sapna Money Money, while his Malayalam work includes Yodha.
Blind Game is being released posthumously, giving audiences an opportunity to watch another project associated with the filmmaker.
The film is reported to have been produced by Deepak Mukut, Hunar Mukut, Kushagra Sharma and Shristi Sharma.
Is Blind Game a Remake of a Malayalam Film?
Yes. Blind Game has been reported as a Hindi remake of the 2014 Malayalam mystery thriller 7th Day.
The original film starred Prithviraj Sukumaran and followed a suspended police officer investigating a mysterious case.
The Hindi adaptation retains the central premise of an officer becoming involved in a complicated investigation.
However, viewers should not assume that every scene, character interaction or plot development will be identical to the Malayalam original.
The extent of any changes to the adaptation can only be assessed after watching the film.
Why Blind Game May Interest Crime Thriller Fans
The film brings together several elements commonly associated with investigative mysteries.
A Suspended Officer Investigating a Missing-Money Case
The central character is not conducting an ordinary police investigation while on active duty. His suspension adds an unusual dimension to his involvement in the case.
A Mystery Involving ₹5 Crore
The disappearance of a substantial amount of money creates the central conflict and connects the characters involved in the investigation.
A Story Built Around Secrets and Deception
The reported storyline suggests that the investigation will involve unreliable accounts and information that may not be immediately clear.
A Familiar Story Reimagined for Hindi Audiences
As an adaptation of 7th Day, the film may appeal to viewers familiar with the Malayalam original as well as those discovering the story for the first time.
These elements describe the film’s premise rather than offering a review or making claims about its quality.
