As the Episode begins, Bindiya requests Baldev to accompany her to Adarsh Nagar. However, she also asks him to come with her beforehand. Indu questions their intentions, wondering what they plan to do. Oblivious to the significance of today’s Ganga puja, Bindiya reminds them that material possessions such as a house and land should not overshadow devotion towards God. She asks them if their priorities have shifted, placing more importance on a lawyer than on the Almighty. In an effort to show her softer side, she suggests they all join in prayer for some good karma and assures them that she is not as ruthless as they may think.
Krish, along with Payal and Sakshi, questions the intention behind using Gauri to gather them here. He also inquires about Papa, Mummy, and Amma being brought here against their will. Bindiya suggests he ask Amma and Babu ji for clarification on why they were asked to come. She then instructs them to prepare for the aarti ceremony. However, Krish rebels and refuses to follow her orders. Baldev calmly suggests that they perform the puja first and asks Krish to understand the significance of this ritual.
Payal excitedly shares her well-thought-out plan with Sakshi, who grins in agreement. As they prepare for the puja, Bindiya takes charge of the aarti. With a nod from Payal, Sakshi moves closer to Bindiya, strategically placing a lit diya near her clothing. Payal watches with satisfaction, knowing that Bindiya’s deception will finally come to an end.
As Bindiya pulls her saree pallu, Krish’s dupatta ignites. Despite witnessing the flames spreading rapidly, Sakshi remains quiet. It is only when Bindiya alerts him that Krish tries to free himself from the burning fabric, but it seems to be firmly attached to his kurta. As Amma calls for Payal’s help, she confesses her fear of fire. Indu immediately accuses Bindiya of causing the fire. Desperate to extinguish the flames, Bindiya attempts to smother them with her bare hands before taking drastic action and pushing Krish into the river.
Krish grasps her hand and they tumble into the river. After emerging from the water, Krish assures his family that he is unharmed. Payal expresses relief, thanking her lucky stars that nothing has happened to Krish. She suggests returning home. Baldev instructs bystanders to leave, assuring them that everything is under control. Bindiya prompts Payal to show gratitude for saving Krish by plunging into the water. She remarks that Pallu should have done the same to save her husband, emphasizing a wife’s unwavering devotion and willingness to risk her life for her husband’s sake. Bindiya then turns to Indu and requests a word of thanks for rescuing her Babu.
Krish inquires, “Who requested that you rescue me?” Bindiya responds, “It was imperative. If anything were to happen to you, how would you confess to your wrongdoing?” Krish retorts, “You’re committing crimes and expecting me to take responsibility.” He adds, “I haven’t done anything.” Payal interjects, advising Krish not to argue with her or he’ll end up with a headache.
Bindiya inquires of Payal’s whereabouts when he was in distress, and Krish defends Payal’s love by mentioning she has already selflessly donated one kidney and still lives with only one. Bindiya playfully comments that Payal never does anything without expecting something in return, and recalls a time from their childhood when their father would ask them to give food to the less fortunate, but Payal always refused as she preferred to inflict pain and sorrow upon others. Bindiya adds that she will uncover the truth behind this whole kidney donation act soon. They depart, leaving Bindiya with thoughts of investigating further.
Amma shares with Baldev how Bindiya’s actions in saving Krish brought back memories of her old self. However, Baldev dismisses the idea and refers to Bindiya as a devil, telling Amma not to bring her up. Upon hearing this, Bindiya sheds tears and wipes them away.
Sakshi had once dreamed of a luxurious lifestyle, but now finds herself unable to even take a moment’s rest. As she chops onions, tears fill her eyes. Bindiya then appears and questions Sakshi’s belief that she would inherit the property, reminding her that it is in Payal’s name only and not Sakshi’s. She expresses disbelief at Sakshi’s trust in someone like Payal who has proven to be disloyal to everyone, including her own family members like sister Krish.
Sakshi assures me that she will not abandon Payal, but warns that if I expose her secrets, she could end up behind bars for life. Bindiya captures Sakshi’s statement on tape and plays it for Gauri, revealing Sakshi’s plot to kick Payal out. Upon overhearing their conversation, Payal becomes furious. Bindiya then reveals that their scheme has been successful in uncovering the truth.
