The Episode starts with Indu asking Bindiya to leave. Pankaj shuts the door and tells Baldev that the court case is underway, if you throw her out, it matters, and that the truth is that Bindiya is the house’s bahu. Krish says he doesn’t care and can’t let her stay here. Pankaj tells Nidhi that he doesn’t want to get stuck in court matters. He asks Nidhi to decide whether or not to stay here.
Even Sakshi and Vikram don’t want to be dragged into this case, Baldev says. Nobody, including Bindiya, is going anywhere. He says he didn’t listen to Krish, but believed Bindiya, so whenever the case hearing happens, we all will go and testify against Bindiya. Payal smirks and he apologizes to Krish and says he’s with him now, as well as with all the family. Pankaj and Bindiya are shocked.
The next day, Krish speaks with the lawyer and informs him that he will arrive at the court in 30 minutes. He then instructs everyone to prepare themselves. Payal quickly descends the stairs, prompting Indu to warn her not to hurry. Payal joyfully expresses her excitement for “babu’s babu,” causing Indu to also feel happy. Krish inquires about Bindiya’s whereabouts, but they are interrupted by the sound of dhol drums. Sakshi questions Payal if she had hired a band or drummers, expressing her wish for Bindiya to have left before their arrival. Payal denies this and Indu muses that it must be some beggars. As they go outside, they are greeted by a group from Chirayya village with their band. Dadi explains that they have come to celebrate and congratulate them on Shukla’s heir.
Indu asks if you came to congratulate us on Payal’s baby. She says Che.. and says she didn’t come to wish them for an illegitimate child, and she says Payal is not their bahu in social, cultural and legal terms, and they have come to wish them for the heir from their real bahu Bindiya. As Bindiya approaches Indu and Baldev, she gets off the palanquin with a smile on her face. She is about to touch Indu’s feet when she arrives.
Dadi interrupts, reminding Bindiya that a pregnant woman should not bend. Bindiya responds by telling Indu that she will bless her, as she is carrying the future heir of the Shukla family. Krish finds this amusing and comments that he has heard many jokes, but this one takes the cake. Bindiya assures him that she is not joking, but Krish remains skeptical and accuses her of lying. He challenges her to make up a believable lie. Bindiya stands firm in her truth and insists that she is not lying. Payal interjects, accusing Bindiya of putting on a fake memory loss act before and now pretending to be pregnant for attention.
As Bindiya is about to become Mausi, Dadi advises her to change her behavior. She also reminds her not to interfere in Bindiya and Krish’s relationship, as Bindiya is set to inherit the Shukla family legacy. However, Krish clarifies that it is actually Payal who is carrying the Shukla family’s new member. Dadi reveals a file as proof of this truth. Phoolmati signals for the dhol players to start playing their instruments. Upon seeing some reports, both Krish and Payal are taken aback. In a fit of anger, Payal orders them to stop playing and insults Rose for her weight while asking why she is dancing. This comment upsets Phoolmati and she becomes furious with Payal’s behavior. Payal continues to belittle Rose and accuses Phoolmati of flattering her. Indu instructs the guards to throw them out, but Master ji intervenes and states they will leave voluntarily.
Krish is questioning the possibility of their relation, as per Sakshi’s words. Dadi reminds him that they were told about being together on Dhanteras night and were happy about it. Krish dismisses it as a joke by Bhabhi and accuses Dadi of believing her without any solid evidence. Further clarifying the matter, he states that Bindiya herself had denied any involvement between them. However, Bindiya interjects, clarifying that she simply agrees with Krish’s words but was unconscious and unaware of what transpired that night. She goes on to reveal that when presented with proofs, she was taken aback. Krish argues that these are just false claims, but Indu questions if this is a court trial and demands evidence. To which, Bindiya asserts that even your son believes in proofs.
Pankaj is questioning the authenticity of the doctor’s report, while Payal suggests that they take the matter to court and prove Bindiya’s deceitful actions. The lawyer contacts Vikram and asks to speak with Krish, who relays that they will be arriving at court soon. After receiving some information from the lawyer, Krish becomes upset and informs Baldev that Bindiya has managed to advance their court date by using her Chhat fast as an excuse. Dadi reveals that Bindiya is observing the Chhat fast and may be exhausted during the legal proceedings. Baldev invites them inside, where Bindiya helps a woman named Tulsi who almost falls.
