The Episode begins with Nidhi telling Bindiya to leave and stating that it was enough. Bindiya responds by addressing Nidhi as “Didi” and accusing her of lacking a heart. She then requests Pankaj to come forward. As Nidhi watches, she remembers hearing the baby’s heartbeat. Soon after, Dadi, Rose and Phoolmati arrive at the hospital. Dadi inquires about Indu’s well-being, to which Krish responds that she is doing well. They also ask for an update on Bindiya’s whereabouts, but Krish informs them that she is absent. Rose reveals that Bindiya had chased their car, and Dadi adds that she hasn’t eaten anything for two days due to her fast.
Krish instructs Rose to administer medication to his mother, while Bindiya expresses her hope that reverse psychology will sway Nidhi’s decision to change. Meanwhile, Sakshi shares Indu’s photo on social media to gain more followers. Curious, Vikram asks when the photo was taken, and Sakshi explains it was when his mother was bedridden. When Vikram questions the reasoning behind adding “pray for Mummy ji” to the post, Sakshi clarifies that she is simply trying to increase her following by using his mother’s image. Meanwhile, Payal feeds Indu, who claims she cannot eat any more. Suspicious of Krish’s whereabouts, Payal checks on him, and Indu inquires about her destination.
The doctor asks the other doctor to give the anaesthesia. Nidhi closes her eyes and sees Bindiya as the doctor. She asks if she’s okay with taking her baby’s life. The other Bindiya says she’s stone-hearted, so that’s why she’s doing it. Nidhi hugs the baby. The baby keeps quiet. Nidhi asks why the baby is quiet. Bindiya says she’s dead, she’s dead. Nidhi shouts No. Instead of Bindiya, she sees Doctors and Nurses standing.
Indu tells Payal Sakshi that she will bring her water and juice. Rose and Phoolmati ask her to bring juice with ice. Sakshi says her bad nightmare of becoming a servant has been fulfilled. Krish calls Bindiya. She tells Pankaj I’m fine. She picks up his call and tells him not to worry. He asks her where she is, and Bindiya says she’s helping someone.
Krish inquires about helping those who are hungry, just as Nidhi comes out and calls for Pankaj. In the meantime, Bindiya overhears the interaction. Meanwhile, Krish becomes aware of the ward boys discussing a patient being rushed to OT no 2 and realizes that Bindiya is also in the same hospital as Nidhi and Pankaj. Overjoyed, Nidhi embraces Pankaj and expresses gratitude for him preventing her from making a mistake. Pankaj acknowledges that Bindiya deserves credit for opening Nidhi’s eyes and performing Chhath puja for their baby over the past two days. Excitedly, Nidhi also embraces Bindiya. Just then, Baldev arrives at the scene and inquires about what is happening.
Payal informs Indu that she will step out and return soon. Pankaj shares with Baldev that he will become a grandfather, as Nidhi has chosen not to terminate the pregnancy. Baldev is overwhelmed with joy and emotion. Nidhi embraces him and inquires if he is aware of her pregnancy. Baldev confirms it was indeed known to him. Bindiya expresses her wish that no misfortune falls upon them. Nidhi expresses her gratitude towards Bindiya and apologizes for their past misunderstandings. Bindiya encourages her to savour the present moment and not shed any tears, as it may affect the baby’s facial expression. Pankaj predicts that the baby will have a cheerful face like his own, to which Bindiya agrees wholeheartedly.
Nidhi regrets her actions towards you and wishes to make things right by revealing that she is not pregnant, but I am. Baldev also acknowledges that Payal has gone too far with her manipulative tactics, and Bindiya suggests waiting for the opportune moment to expose her, using a carefully crafted plan. Baldev agrees, and Nidhi embraces Bindiya with gratitude.
Bindiya expresses her confidence, saying that I cannot fail with your support. Just then, Krish arrives and inquires about the situation. He assumes that Baldev has gone to settle the bill and asks Bindiya who she was assisting. Baldev clarifies that she had assisted Nidhi and called him for help. Pankaj advises Krish to stay calm as Bindiya is facing a problem related to women’s health. While observing from a distance, Payal wonders how they can be friends. Baldev reminds Krish that they should leave before Indu thinks they have abandoned her. As Payal attempts to walk away, she slips and falls. Although Krish and Bindiya hear her, she is no longer in sight when they turn back. Payal suspects that something may have occurred between Bindiya and Nidhi.
Nidhi comes to Indu and cries, seeing her on the bed. Vikram asks what happened to you, Nidhi. Pankaj says that she will soon become a grandmother. Indu says she’s waiting for her babu’s son. Baldev agrees.
