Suhaagan 2nd August 2024 Written Episode begins with Dhwani reflecting that although she could not marry Vedant, she still became the bahu of the house. Determined to snatch everything, she sits in Abhi’s room. When Abhi arrives, she offers to move to the guest room, but he tells her to stay. She reminds him that though their marriage happened under complicated circumstances, she has accepted it fully. Abhimanyu admits he needs time but agrees to try. Dhwani asks him to lift her ghunghat but stops him midway, demanding a gift first. Abhi gives her his favourite watch. Dhwani thinks she has already started looting as soon as she arrived. He finally lifts her veil, and she hugs him, secretly vowing to make him her destiny.

The next morning, music is heard from Dadi’s room. To everyone’s shock, Dadi responds with her stick. Swara explains that she had been massaging Dadi’s hands with Ayurvedic oil and doing acupressure. Vedant refuses to believe it, but the family is amazed. Dadi signals towards Koel and even attempts to write something, but Koel quickly stops her. Swara confidently declares that she will take such good care of Dadi that she may even start speaking again.

Later, Dhwani confronts Koel, accusing her of lying about Dadi being lifeless. Koel smirks, saying she knows how to fool everyone, and vows to cut Swara’s wings. That night, someone disguised as Swara sneaks into Dhwani’s room and tries to kill her. Shocked, Dhwani wakes Abhi and cries that Swara attacked her.

The family rushes in as Dhwani accuses Swara of attempted murder. Koel initially defends Swara but cleverly adds doubt by reminding everyone of Swara’s insensitivity towards Naina. Swara firmly denies the accusation, saying she was in her room. Vedant and Rudra both support her. But when Koel and Dhwani search Swara’s room, they “find” a knife hidden in a plant pot. Swara is stunned as everyone looks at her with suspicion.

Precap: Vedant checks the CCTV footage. Dhwani pressures the police to arrest Swara, while Swara argues that unless her face is visible in the footage, no one can prove it was her.
