The Episode begins with Teerth informing Suman that their marriage is necessary for Rishi. Suman responds to Neta ji, saying she cannot marry him as a girl waits for him at the mandap. She continues, stating that she cannot betray this girl and have a relationship with Teerth. However, Teerth clarifies that there is no romantic relationship between them. Meanwhile, the doctor interrupts to administer an injection as the patient’s condition is deteriorating. Teerth then updates Suman on Rishi’s worsening condition, leaving them no other option.
Suman urges him to return home, reminding him of the girl who awaits him and the mangalsutra adorning her neck. She expresses that their marriage is unjust. In response, Teerth states that if any harm came to Rishi, it would be deemed wrong. The reporter then commends Teerth for his selfless sacrifice.
Teerth reminds me of the day you intervened during Rishi’s confrontation with the Minister out of concern for his safety. Now that Rishi is in grave danger, Teerth believes your relationship with him could be his only chance at survival. He questions whether you could forgive yourself if you didn’t give Rishi this opportunity and something were to happen to him. Akhil perceives Teerth as irrational and ponders how to convey this to Devika without provoking her anger.
Kritika confidently predicts that Teerth will arrive soon. Pandit ji inquires about setting a new wedding date since the havan kund is almost extinguished. Devika warns that if the fire goes out, she will set the house ablaze and insists that Teerth must come as her sister refuses to get up without marriage. Gitanjali mentions that Teerth is not answering her calls. Chandrakant remarks that because of Teerth, their beloved daughter-in-law has transformed into a powerful goddess like Durga.
Bhumi contemplates revealing the truth to Suman but is blackmailed by Gulshan. He warns her that she will be known as “murderer Bhumi” and fears Suman will consider her guilty. With a heavy heart, Bhumi retreats inside—meanwhile, Gulshan schemes to silence Bhumi by tampering with the liquid she plans to reveal to Suman.
According to Suman, this union cannot take place; it is a serious commitment that lasts for eternity and should not be taken lightly. Teerth agrees and explains that he will marry Kritika despite not receiving Gajendra Gupta’s blessing. He clarifies that it was more of a compromise as he was searching for love, but their marriage will not be a compromise because it is for Rishi, and they will be the ones officially tying the knot.
The physician has stated that his health is declining. Teerth expresses his willingness to sacrifice for Rishi despite their lack of love. Will you also make sacrifices for Rishi? Suman remembers the words of both Rishi and the physician and declares her readiness for marriage. Teerth agrees, solely for Rishi’s sake.

The reporter announces the news of Teerth Mittal’s marriage to Sarafa Chaat wali, causing Gulshan to be in disbelief.
Teerth leads Suman to the hospital temple with a determined look on his face. He quietly requests divine assistance as he breaks a piece of furniture. The doctor intervenes and reprimands him for his behaviour. Undeterred, Teerth insists that Rishi be scolded instead, promising to fulfil his wishes. The nurse brings some good news: Teerth’s condition is getting better. As a symbol of gratitude, Teerth drapes a scarf from God’s photo over Suman’s head. Akhil watches this in disbelief, wondering if Teerth has lost his mind.
Malini places her dupatta on Teerth’s shoulder and acknowledges him for what he has done. Bhumi ties the ghatbandhan while Poorvi updates everyone that Akhil Bhaiyya called and mentioned something important. Suddenly, Devika interrupts, demanding that someone turn on the TV. They are all taken aback when they witness Teerth and Suman taking their marriage vows.
Teerth makes three oaths to Suman, promising to safeguard her honour and dignity as his responsibility. He assures her that from this day on, her family is his as well – not just through Rishi’s connection but also her mother, sister, and Bua. As a final promise, Teerth vows to remain truthful and faithful to Suman, never betraying her trust.
During the 4th round, he vows to share in each other’s joys and sorrows. He promises to stand by her side as a protector and hold her dignity in high regard. He takes the 6th vow to have complete faith in her even more than himself. As they move on to the final 7th round, Suman tries to interrupt, but Kritika is in tears while Devika watches with fury.
