The scene opens with Suman urging Rishi to halt their truck upon spotting a distressed girl and her unconscious father on the road. They both step out of the vehicle. Suman inquires, “Is this your Baba?” The girl replies that he had lost consciousness while riding his bike. Suman directs Rishi to fetch some water and notices another truck passing from the opposite direction.
Rishi splashes water on the man, who pretends to come to. Rishi then offers to take him to the hospital while Suman checks on his condition. The man assures them he’s fine and rides off on his bike with his daughter. Suman speculates that he may have been injured from falling off the bike, but he quickly brushes it off and leaves as if nothing had happened.
Pandit Ji requests the kundali, to which Gitanjali promptly responds that she will retrieve it. However, Devika interjects, stating that their mother will not fetch it, and points out that their father always emphasizes the importance of hard work and divine guidance in personal and professional affairs. Therefore, she questions the need for the patrika. Chandrakant supports her view, citing his marriage with Devika as an example where compatibility was not determined by the patrika but was predetermined by destiny. Ultimately, he concludes that matches are made in heaven.
According to Pandit ji, the engagement will take place between 12 and 12:15 p.m., as it is considered an auspicious mahurat and signifies a lifelong bond for the couple. Devika assures him that the engagement will indeed occur within that time frame. As Teerth prepares for the ceremony, he ponders why he has a nagging feeling of guilt. Just then, Rishi calls to inform him that they are only 5 minutes away.
Teerth invites Rishi to join him, mentioning that he worries about his upcoming wedding. Rishi reassures him, saying there’s no need to worry if it’s the right decision, and if it’s not, then worry shouldn’t hold him back. Teerth expresses his desire to go through with the marriage. Rishi suggests praying to Khajrana Ganesh for guidance. Teerth trusts Suman’s judgment and asks Rishi to hurry up.
Malini informs Suman that our car has been punctured due to a carpet full of nails. Suman inquires about the location of the incident, and Malini discloses it. While investigating, Suman discovers that Rishi encountered the same man in that area, which seems suspicious. As she inspects the truck, she realizes that all the food is gone. Pandit Ji reminds them to contact Teerth before noon, as he will be arriving soon at their location.
Rishi calls him, requesting his presence at the back of his house due to an issue. Teerth departs from the area while Devika instructs Akhil to investigate. After returning, Akhil informs them that Teerth cannot be found. In response, Devika declares she will personally search for him. Meanwhile, Pandit ji alerts them that time is running out for the auspicious moment. Without hesitation, Devika reassures them that Teerth will return before it passes and leaves. Rishi then informs Teerth that he has loaded the food onto the truck.
According to Suman, they had halted the truck upon coming across an unconscious man and his daughter. In the process, she injured her hand by hitting it on the truck. Teerth inquires about her condition and goes into the car to retrieve a first aid kit. He bandages her wound before Rishi notices it is noon, presumably when their engagement is supposed to occur. Devika arrives at the scene and expresses shock. She yells at Teerth and demands that he come inside with her.
Teerth informs Suman that the food she was bringing has been stolen. Devika accuses Malaika of being unlucky, claiming that she brings misfortune to others wherever she goes. She cancels Suman’s order and forcefully asks her to leave. Afterward, Devika contacts someone to arrange food for 80 people within 30 minutes. Teerth questions why she pushed Suman out, but Devika denies it and insists that she asked her to leave. Suman vows to prove she is not an unlucky person.
As Devika ushers Teerth, Pandit ji declares that auspicious times have passed. Gitanjali requests him to check for another suitable time, but he declines. After Devika sends him some money, he agrees to look for an alternative mahurat. She sends him money again, and he assures her that the chosen time will be favorable, mentioning his assessment of the grah nakshatra. Once again, she passes him a payment, and he finally announces that a suitable mahurat has been found, advising them to get engaged within 30 minutes.
Gajendra insists that the wedding occur immediately, causing Teerth to express concern for Suman and Rishi. Despite Suman’s refusal to participate, Chandrakant inquires about the food situation. Devika confesses she did not bring food and jokingly refers to herself as “nuksaan kumari.” Rishi predicts that it will take the police some time to uncover the truth, while Suman reveals that Devika ordered an enormous amount of food in a short period. She vows to get to the bottom of things.
