Zoravar shares with Beeja that his girlfriend, Gurnoor, had never been outspoken in his presence until today when she confronted him. He wonders how she suddenly gained such courage. Beeja attributes it to the influence of the Brar family. Zoravar then declares that he will clip her wings tonight and restrict her freedom. When Beeja questions if he has shown her his dominance, Zoravar confirms and reveals that starting tomorrow, she will only have eyes for him.
After returning to Brar mansion, Gurnoor quickly realizes she has the funds to leave soon. Memories of Zoravar’s violent actions resurface, prompting her to contact the travel agent and confirm her tickets for tomorrow. She plans to transfer the necessary funds in the morning. Worried that Zoravar and Beeja may be aware of her whereabouts, she knows she must depart tonight and find a place to stay.
While searching for Sahiba’s passport, Angad questions whether that is what she is looking for. He clarifies that he didn’t come to harm her but to address her betrayal of Akeer’s emotions. His memory flashes back to Garry’s revelation about Gurnoor’s marriage to a wealthy man in Delhi named Maan. She had allegedly been using their house as a hiding place and planned to elope from the country, using Akeer as a cover. Veer confirms this by mentioning an item found in Gurnoor’s bag from their home. However, Angad urges him not to reveal it is Sahiba’s passport. Returning from his flashback, he mentions his mother’s doubts about Gurnoor and accuses her of manipulating Akeer and lying to them all. Gurnoor retaliates by saying he only knows half of the truth, but Angad refuses to listen as she missed the opportunity to come clean. He expresses disgust at her actions and feels ashamed just looking at her face.
Gurnoor admits to not understanding her situation, while Angad reminds her that blaming the problem for her mistakes is not the solution. Akeer interrupts and inquires about their discussion. After clarifying that they are not fighting, Akeer requests Gurnoor to sing him a lullaby. She agrees, but Angad interjects, suggesting he can tell Akeer a bedtime story instead. When Akeer expresses surprise at his storytelling abilities, Angad confidently assures him that he knows plenty of stories and instructs him to return to his room. He warns Gurnoor not to be present when he returns after putting Akeer to sleep.
Gurnoor collects her belongings, remembering Angad’s harsh words and wishing he had listened to her explanation. She realizes she should leave before anyone else gets hurt because of her presence. Glancing at Sahiba’s passport, she recalls how Angad accused her of using Sahiba’s identity and stealing her passport to flee the country. She tucks the passport into her pocket and exits the room. As she leaves, she reminisces about all her happy times in this house.
Approaching Sahiba’s photo, she apologises for taking her passport. She explains that her desperate circumstances left her with no choice but to steal from Sahiba, fully aware that Sahiba would never resort to such actions in the same situation. Like Sahiba, Angad’s observation about her lack of kindness and sensitivity rings true. She prays fervently for the strength and courage to be more like Sahiba. Placing the passport next to the photo, she feels heavy-hearted about leaving Akeer but ultimately wants to avoid causing trouble for the village. As she exits the house, Angad remains on the balcony watching her go.
Standing on the road, she realizes that leaving the country without a passport would be difficult. She knows she needs to go far away from Ludhiana. Meanwhile, Angad is feeling upset on the balcony. When Garry and Veer walk over to him, they suggest he go and sleep. But Angad wants to forget everything that happened today, like a bad dream. He’s worried about what he will tell Akeer when he asks about Miss Gurnoor tomorrow. Garry suggests leaving Angad alone, while Veer disagrees and thinks they should stay with him. Ultimately, Angad politely asks Veer to please leave him be.
