Being Akeer’s aunt and must look after him from hereon, Bebe asks Keerat to restrain herself. Keerat advises not knowing how Akeer will respond upon learning his mother is no more. Akeer insists on going to see Bebe. Simran calls off her. Dreaming of his mother in sleep, Akeer claims Bebe puts him sleepy by singing a lullaby. Simran neglects to stop him. He goes down to call Bebe. Before Sahiba’s body stood Brar family. Bebe is told by Akeer that he met mom in dreams who assured him she would never leave him and would soon be back. Family is standing here in tears. Simran tells Angad she tried to stop Akeer, but he ignored her.
Now they will never divide. Akeer sees Sahiba and becomes delighted she returned as promised. Why she is sleeping, he wonders? He keeps talking to her, notes her cold, and covers her with a shawl. Family fragments more frequently. Ask Angad to begin the funeral procession, Bebe says. On Manveer’s shoulder, Angad weeps. Family wants to move Akeer away from Sahiba. Akeer objects and will not let her go. Family holds him tightly while Angad and others carry Sahiba’s body away. And remembers excellent times shared with Sahiba at the funeral site. Now it’s his responsibility to look after Akeer alone; Sahiba gave her life to save Angad’s. Angad visits Sahiba and apologises her for all the problems he caused. He remembers Sahiba telling him she loved him always and will love him long after her death. Manveer invites him to do final rites. Angad starts the body on fire. There is background music by Rolene De. Angad laments Sahiba promised to help him raise his children; now he will just raise Akeer and make her proud of him.
The lookalike of Sahiba runs from the goons in the backdrop. Manveer adds nobdoy intended Sahiba to die, now Angad’s wish is for him to take care of Akeer alone. Angad attends gurudwara a few days later and remembers providing meal service alongside Sahiba. He asks God to grant Sahiba only suffering; she ought to find happiness in that world. Meeting him, the Gurudwara priest prays that god bestow upon him and his family strength to help manage this suffering. Angad says he wants to sweep the floor and serve. Doppelganger hiding at gurudwara prays god to save her from the nasty lady.
