The episode of Udne Ki Aasha on 14th December 2024 begins with Dilip talking to Chitti about keeping proper financial records. Dilip warns him not to trust everyone easily, especially Anish, who is Sachin’s friend. He says Anish will pay the money soon and asks Chitti not to bother him for now. Just then, Roshni arrives, and Dilip quickly hides. Chitti gives her some money, requesting that she pay the interest on time. Roshni thanks him and leaves.

Once she’s gone, Dilip starts questioning Chitti. He says Roshni’s father works in Dubai, and she owns a big beauty parlour, so why does she still borrow money? He advises Chitti not to give her any more loans, saying he doesn’t trust her and doesn’t want to get involved in collecting the money from her. Chitti agrees and promises not to lend her more funds.

At home, Sayali asks Juhi to manage the store while she takes care of other work. Shubha reassures her not to worry. Dilip returns home and lies to everyone, claiming he has been working hard at Chitti’s office. To gain their trust, he gifts Sayali her bangles, claiming he used his salary to get them released from the pawnshop. Sayali is suspicious and refuses to take them, saying she will only accept them when Sachin earns and gives them back.

Meanwhile, Roshni meets Sultan and gives him a clothes packet. She tells him that when he comes to the house, he must gift those clothes to her husband and make him wear a gold bracelet. Sultan overacts while rehearsing the role, but Roshni becomes tense and tells him to behave naturally. She shows him Tejas’s photo and instructs him not to break character no matter what happens.

Elsewhere, Sayali discusses online payment methods with Sachin. Sachin is hesitant, fearing fraud, but Sayali explains the convenience of digital transactions. Sachin admires her practical thinking but decides to continue using cash until they visit Aaji.

At home, Renu asks Tejas about Roshni’s whereabouts. Tejas replies that she isn’t answering his calls. Sachin tells them not to worry. Soon after, Roshni arrives and gives an excuse about work. Tejas says he called the parlour, but they said she wasn’t there. Roshni gets defensive and tells him not to embarrass her by calling repeatedly, as her staff might misunderstand. Renu steps in and diffuses the tension.

Later, Renu asks Roshni if her father will visit soon. Roshni replies that he will come in the summer. Sachin jokes, making everyone laugh. Roshni quickly adds that her uncle will visit soon, making Renu excited. Paresh walks in, asking what the commotion is about. Sachin then teasingly asks Roshni about her uncle’s name since he has never heard of him before. Roshni gets nervous and refuses to answer, increasing Sachin’s doubt.
