Udne Ki Aasha 16th October 2024 Written Episode Update begins with a man teasing Sachin about his lean build. Sachin jokingly tells the man to consider Sayali as his sister and take her for the puja instead. The man replies that he could lift even Sachin but it wouldn’t fulfil his mannat. Sayali challenges Sachin, who agrees to carry her but says he can’t promise to complete all 100 stairs. She advises him to take Devi Maa’s name for strength.

Sachin lifts Sayali and begins climbing while she showers flowers on him. They eventually reach the temple area, but Sachin is exhausted and collapses on the floor in pain. Sayali jokes about it, while Sachin complains of backache and blames her love for food, saying he can’t carry her back down. Sayali assures him that her mannat was only to come upstairs this way.

They head to the temple for darshan, fulfilling the mannat. On the way out, Sachin says he prayed for her to make such a mannat again, while Sayali reveals she prayed for him to give up alcohol, control his anger, and gain wisdom. Sachin says he can quit drinking but can’t promise to change his temper.

As they drive home, Sachin feels back pain and teases Sayali about sitting idle all day. She gets annoyed, and they agree to eat out. Sayali warns him not to fight at the hotel. Coincidentally, Akash and Riya are at the same restaurant. Upon spotting them, Sachin decides he doesn’t want to eat there, but Akash rushes over to greet them and invites them to join him.

Sachin, still angry, tells Akash that anger is reserved for family, not strangers, and questions who he is. Akash tries to reconcile, asking how long Sachin will stay upset. Sachin scolds him, recalling Paresh’s suffering and accusing Akash of disrespecting both him and their father. He declares that Akash is no longer his brother.
