Udne Ki Aasha 19th September 2024 Written Update begins at the hospital with Sachin talking to the doctor while Renu breaks down seeing Paresh’s critical state. Sachin asks Tejas if their father will be alright. Tejas tries to reassure him, explaining that the doctors are conducting tests and that they should hope for no major complications.
Renu’s grief soon turns into anger. She lashes out at Sachin, blaming him for Paresh’s condition. “He went to jail because of Akash, and now this happened because of you,” she yells. Sachin, trying to stay composed, says that Paresh will be fine and should be able to come home by tomorrow.
Meanwhile, at Shubha’s home, Sayali offers to help at the store. Shubha advises her not to argue with Sachin again, saying she should have informed him earlier. Juhi encourages Sayali to accept a new work assignment, but Sayali expresses her mental struggle due to ongoing personal issues. Eventually, she agrees to give it a try.
Back at the hospital, Sachin gets emotional thinking about Paresh and their cherished memories. Meanwhile, Sayali receives shocking news from a neighbor—Paresh is seriously ill and admitted to the ICU. Upset that no one informed her, Sayali rushes to the hospital.
At the hospital, Sachin wants to speak to the doctor directly but Tejas tells him not to create more issues. Renu, deep in regret, remembers Paresh’s kindness toward her. Despite Tejas asking her to rest, she refuses to leave Paresh’s side. Roshni also offers to stay back, cancelling her salon work for the day.
Sayali arrives at the hospital, but instead of being welcomed, she’s met with hostility. Renu scolds her, and Tejas blames her for Paresh’s heart attack, while Renu goes so far as to push her away. Sayali, hurt and heartbroken, cries and quietly leaves. Sachin, unaware of Sayali’s visit, blames himself for everything and regrets ever trusting her.
