Udne Ki Aasha 1st October 2024 Written Update begins with Sachin bringing saree vendors home for Sayali. He asks her to select a saree herself. Sayali insists he should help since Kaka asked him to buy it. The two argue playfully. Sayali finally asks for a cotton Kolhapuri saree. When a vendor compliments her and suggests one, Sachin gets annoyed. She smiles, seeing him admire a pink saree, which she ends up liking too. Sachin quickly finalizes it and insists on paying the bill.
Sayali offers to buy him a new shirt, but Sachin refuses, mentioning they are short on money. He jokingly tells the vendor to send experienced elders next time. After the vendor leaves, Sachin says Shubha is waiting and they need to leave. Meanwhile, Renu tries to get Roshni to talk to her father, who she claims is at a meditation camp. Roshni nervously agrees to call him.
On the road, Sachin and Sayali are enjoying a light moment when goons suddenly block their car. They claim they work for a financer and that Sachin hasn’t paid the car instalments. Sachin tries to reason with them and says he’ll drop Sayali and come. However, things escalate when the goons mention that Sachin once raised his hand on their boss. Sayali is shocked.
Sachin asks Sayali to stay back and not interfere, but one of the goons pushes her to the ground. Enraged, Sachin fights back but is soon outnumbered. The goons throw their belongings out and drive away with the car. Sachin chases after the car, helpless, while Sayali breaks down in tears.
