The episode begins with Renu questioning Tejas about his current situation. Tejas responds by sharing that he had to quit his job because a customer requested fish and mutton, which he did not feel qualified for with his degree. Renu expresses her concern as she had already mortgaged their home for their marriage, and the financer is dangerous. She worries about Sachin finding out and the potential consequences that may follow. Tejas laments his struggles to find stable employment and how no one seems to understand him. Just then, Paresh arrives and inquires about Tejas’ absence from work. Tejas brushes it off by saying he took work from home instead. Paresh nods and leaves.
She calls Akash. He doesn’t answer her call, so she sends him an audio message. He refuses to return her calls. Riya comes to meet him. He asks what she is doing here. She says, “Come and meet me on the hilltop if you want your phone back.” He asks her to listen to him. He asks Sachin why the grocery man didn’t show up. I asked him to get the cash. He gets the groceries.
Paresh asks Renu to ask Sachin to pay the bill. Sachin says he will do it. He asks if you have extra items. The man says no, and Tejas gives a list. The bill amount is 8500rs. He wondered what the regular bill was, which was 4500rs. The man says it’s for the extra items. You don’t get rice, so I will give you the money tomorrow. Renu says Sayali, get the kitchen in order. Roshni disapproves of his disrespectful tone, to which Sachin responds with equal harshness by saying he will only talk that way if they give orders in the same manner. She suggests relying on Tejas’ income for ration, which causes worry for both Renu and Tejas.
In his response, Tejas says, “Calm down.” Roshni says you’ll buy everything for me, and we’ll give more money to cover house expenses. Sachin jokes. He says he will observe Tejas’ behavior. Roshni leaves. Sachin asks why do I think you can’t do any work, learn from your wife, she has esteem, she said big things, let’s see, take the stuff. He asks Sayali to put the remaining things in the kitchen. Sayali takes it.
He asks Tejas to leave. Akash meets Riya. He asks her why you called. She says you are avoiding me, why? He says our dads have much trouble.
