At the beginning of the episode, Sayali taunts Renu. Then Renu asks Roshni to sit. She asks, “What did you decide?” Roshni gets the fruits and puts them on a plate. Tejas comes and sees Roshni. She says you asked me, and I am ready to become that lucky girl in Tejas’ life. She smiles at Tejas and Renu’s. Roshni hugs Renu and says she is delighted today. After seeing Tejas, Renu asks Paresh to come. Roshni takes his blessings.
Renu says the alliance came for Tejas. Paresh asks why she came alone and where her parents are. Roshni says I don’t have a mum, and I have a dad. Tejas thinks Roshni said she had nobody in this world. Paresh apologizes. Roshni lied to them. Sayali asks me to get you coffee, Kaka. Renu tells her to ask the guests. Sayali responds that you already asked her.
I don’t want anything. Paresh asks Roshni about her studies. Roshni says she is doing a beauty course. Renu asks her to make tea. Paresh says Tejas doesn’t have a job. Do you know this? Roshni says he is qualified, he will get a job, and I will handle him. Paresh asks Tejas if he wants to marry. Tejas leaves.
Roshni spills tea on Sayali’s hand when she gets tea. Renu scolds Sayali. She says she thought she caught the cup. Roshni says she’s okay. She thinks Sayali intended to do that. Paresh says I don’t think it’s right to decide this without talking to her dad. Tejas changes the shirt and comes. Roshni smiles. Renu wonders why you changed the shirt.
Roshni explains that it indicates his readiness for marriage. Shakku congratulates Renu and suggests setting a date, assuming Paresh is agreeable. Roshni mentions having prior commitments and plans to leave. Renu requests Tejas to escort her out. Sayali observes silently. Paresh doubts Renu’s decision, citing their previous experience with an alliance. Renu defends the girl’s character and claims she was unaware that Sayali was being considered for Tejas. However, he reminds her of the consequences of their last attempt and voices concerns about future troubles. Ignoring his reservations, Renu withholds information about Sayali, instead making snarky remarks towards her before departing.
After returning the man’s dropped item and requesting payment, Sachin returns to retrieve his change. Along the way, he spots Tejas with a girl and concludes that Tejas is trying to deceive them. When Sachin returns home, he asks for any updates on potential dramatic events and playfully pokes fun at Renu. He inquires about a girl named Sayali who was supposed to visit, prompting Renu to pass off the responsibility of updating him to Sayali herself. Sachin then reveals that he saw Tejas with a girl by a hotel, whom he calls a “wrong number.” In these interactions, Sayali brings out some aarti dhoop while Renu coughs in response. A heated argument ensues between Sayali and Renu over whether or not Sayali is bad luck for the family due to her actions causing Paresh humiliation.
Renu is determined to have Tejas married, regardless of my opinion. Sachin brings up the issue of a hefty dowry, wondering why Tejas is so insistent on marriage. Paresh is curious about the potential bride, but Renu shuts down his questions. She confidently claims to have all the necessary information. Sachin asks for more details about the girl, and Renu assures him she comes from a respectable family. He expresses concern about Tejas’ joblessness, but Renu reminds him that he is educated, unlike Sachin. He dismisses this, stating that Tejas hasn’t brought any money home. Renu counters by saying he will soon make a good income and support them all. Sachin remains skeptical and insists he will never depend on his son. Instead, he will continue to work and provide for their father’s financial needs without relying on Tejas.
Paresh says the marriage did not happen, so stop fighting. Renu says you’re telling me Tejas won’t get married; I’ll marry him. Sachin says call Akash; we’ll need another groom if Tejas runs away. Akash calls Paresh and says I’ll be there soon. Paresh says he’s glad you’re not scared; you’ll be a bookworm as well. He says he wants my money; otherwise… Renu asks what you’ll do. Sachin says I’ll burn the mandap.
In the morning, Sachin requests Sayali to bring him some water. She questions why he can’t get it himself. He drinks the water and remarks on her tendency to argue a lot. She retorts by asking what he plans to do, shout, and cause a scene. She still has work to complete. Just then, Tejas enters the room. Sachin blames him for all his troubles, claiming he was forced into this marriage. He accuses Tejas of pretending to be heartbroken over his previous relationship, only to find another girl within a week. However, Tejas defends himself by saying that only he knows his pain. Angrily, Sachin demands that Tejas take off his new shirt. Suddenly, Renu appears and tells him to leave Tejas alone.
Sachin says Tejas doesn’t intend to give money, does that girl know Tejas ran away from the mandap. He says I want all the money, or else I will tell that girl the truth, I won’t let Tejas marry that girl. Shakku asks Renu to send Sayali and Sachin outside for a few days. She tells him to send them to Aaji’s village so Paresh can see how well they can get along. It’s a good idea, Renu says Sachin won’t refuse.
When Renu speaks to Paresh, he tells her you want to see Sachin and Sayali fight. She suggests they go to Aaji’s house for a few days. Aaji likes the idea. He calls Aaji. He says I will send them. Sayali arrives. Paresh asks Sachin when he will come home. Sachin arrives. He asks them to sit. He says you both will go to my Aai’s house, stay there for a few days, and pack your bags.
I can’t tolerate Sayali, so I won’t go with her. Paresh says fine; call Aaji and let him know. Sachin says fine; I’ll go. Renu smiles. As Sayali packs her bags, Renu thinks I can prepare for Tejas’ wedding. Sachin jokes. Sayali asks if you are done. He says he will show you how to pack things in five minutes. He packs the bags hastily. She thinks about the trip. He sings a sad song.
It is morning, and Sachin and Sayali get ready to leave. Paresh asks them to have darshan at the temple. Sachin says okay, anything else… Anya comes. He said they took my car, I paid my car EMI late, and Sachin said I could drive his car. He takes their bags. Paresh says Sayali is your responsibility. Take care of her. He asks Sachin to sit with Sayali. Paresh hopes their journey brings them together.
