The episode begins with Sayali spotting Sachin and flashing a smile. She urges him to wake up by jingling her bangles and nudging him. However, Sachin stubbornly protests, “Let me sleep, I’m getting annoyed.” Undeterred, Sayali insists, “I want to go to the temple now, get up.” She resorts to tickling him, but Monty calls her before she can finish waking him up. Sachin finally wakes up and gazes at her. Sayali informs Monty that she is occupied and promises to connect with him later. Sachin suggests that she call Monty and go to the temple together. Reluctantly, Sayali agrees and sets off while Sachin answers Juhi’s call.
Juhi inquires about Sayali’s birthday plans. Sachin responds with surprise, saying she was trying to wake him up. He continues by sharing his preparations and reassures he will meet with them later to discuss further. Paresh gives Sayali his blessings and well wishes. Observing all this, Sachin playfully remarks that even Akash knows about the plan but is left out. He jokingly scolds Akash for not telling him sooner and encourages Sayali to speak to Juhi on the phone. While they chat, Paresh asks Sachin what’s happening, to which he lightheartedly expresses his disappointment for not being informed earlier about her birthday.
“Paresh reminded you that she is your wife, do you recall? Akash inquired if you had wished her. Sachin denied it. Paresh made a joke, but Sachin still couldn’t remember. Akash wondered if any celebrations were planned. Sachin responded that she was not a child. As Sayali appeared, Akash gestured for him to stop talking. Sachin noticed Sayali and walked over to wish her.”
Apologizing and wishing a happy birthday, he asks for the date, reminiscing that he remembers it. Renu joins them, inquiring about the situation. He fulfills his promise to call Tejas and Roshni over. Expressing his contentment with the day, he wards off Sayali’s evil eye and hands money to Renu, Tejas, and Roshni. He takes the opportunity to make a snide remark towards them, to which Roshni objects, not wanting to be insulted. However, Renu takes it upon herself to insult Sayali and Sachin. Sachin is reminded of how Renu had planned Tejas’ birthday party and scolded him for it. Nevertheless, he suggests going out to celebrate together. Paresh intervenes with a suggestion to take Sayali out instead simply.
Sachin agrees, and Paresh then asks Sayali to prepare for their outing. However, she declined as she still had to finish her decorations. Paresh suggests that she should give Sachin a chance to make things right, to which she finally consents. She promises to complete her work and meet them at the temple later. Sachin assures her of making suitable arrangements and starts making a gajra. Shubha admires his efforts, while Juhi also approves. Soon after, Sayali walks in, and Sachin is captivated by her beauty. The song “Jeene laga hoon…” plays in the background.
Monty arrives, and Sachin becomes upset. Sayali talks about work with Monty. Juhi and Shubha greet Sayali with a hug. Monty inquires if it’s her birthday, to which Sayali admits she didn’t mention it. Monty apologizes for causing her to work on her birthday. Sachin makes a joke at his expense. Monty presents Sayali with a rose and wishes her a happy birthday. Sachin jokingly remarks that the flower smells bad and passes it on to Sayali, extending his birthday wishes. She smiles in response.
