The Episode begins with Abhir and Muskaan returning home. As they spot Manjiri, Abhir calls out to Dida, but Muskaan interrupts the call. He informs her that Dida is on the road and in poor health. Muskaan agrees to stop the car, and notices Kairav and Pallavi passing by. Concerned for Dida’s well-being, Abhir insists they go to her immediately, while their driver suggests turning back. Muskaan decides they should follow Kairav’s car instead. She reminds him not to refer to Manjiri as Dida, as she is not actually his grandmother. Abhir remains firm in his belief that she is indeed Dida, and prays for her safety. Meanwhile, Akshara and Abhimanyu show up at the scene and rush to Manjiri’s side when she faints. They quickly transport her into their vehicle. Worried about leaving Dida alone, Abhir expresses his concern to Muskaan who reassures him that she must be at home resting. However, they soon realize that Kairav’s car has disappeared from their sights. Back at the house, Aarohi tends to Manjiri
Anand believes that while physical wounds can heal, it takes time to cope with mental trauma. Mahima reminds Abhimanyu to take care of the person in need. Focusing on Manjiri, he leaves, leaving her feeling misunderstood. Despite Akshara’s attempts to intervene and remind him of his responsibility towards his mother, Abhimanyu remains unchanged. His feelings of guilt only continue to grow. Manish asks if she had spoken to Akshara about it, but Suvarna explains that she hasn’t been able to reach her. Kairav notes that the courts are not open today, while Surekha points out that Akshara’s laptop is still at home, meaning she did not go meet her client as planned. Muskaan suggests taking medication in the meantime and assuring them that she will return soon. However, Manish insists on waiting for Akshara and finally she arrives home to explain everything.
Abhir believes Muskaan to be telling the truth. Abhir says he saw Dida on the road, he told Muskaan, Dida doesn’t look well, we should stop. Dadi scolds Muskaan. Abhir goes to his room to play. Manish asks him what happened, did you think she couldn’t be Manjiri? Muskaan says he really felt Abhir just thought so, I had to get to work.
When Akshara asks if getting to the office was important, Muskaan replies that it was because he hated Abhimanyu and his family. Akshara asks what he means. Muskaan holds Kairav’s hand and takes him. She tells everything about Kairav and Pallavi. Surekha says they have an affair. Manish asks Surekha to end it. Muskaan says I saw my husband wandering outside with his manager. Kairav says we can talk. She argues.
Kairav insists that our issue involves only him and Muskaan, and he doesn’t want anyone interfering. Manish then addresses Kairav, who apologizes and escorts Muskaan away. Meanwhile, Akshara tends to the boiling milk, switches off the stove, and receives a call from Neela. Upon learning that Abhimanyu refused to perform surgery even though she had arranged for assistance, Akshara assures her that Aarohi will arrange for a skilled doctor. Neela inquires about Abhir’s well-being and everyone else’s. Akshara reassures her that they are all doing fine. Neela also expresses concern for Muskaan’s immature behavior but believes she means no harm, and advises Akshara to discipline her if needed. Lastly, Akshara reminds Neela to look after herself as well before bidding goodbye.
Kairav comes. Akshara gives him a cup of coffee. She explains Muskaan to him, saying you have to handle Muskaan with care since she loves you so much. Love isn’t good if it makes you lose common sense, he says, she must understand, if a major problem arises, how will I explain it to her? We just work together, there is no rift between Pallavi and me. Akshara says I think I have a solution.
At Birla hospital, Akshara reassures the girl and explains that Abhimanyu is currently unavailable for her surgery. The man then informs them that they have been sent by Neela, but unfortunately, Abhimanyu is unable to perform the surgery. Akshara inquires if another doctor can do it, to which Aarohi confirms and mentions that although Abhimanyu is the best, there are other capable doctors as well. Abhimanyu then requests Dr. Bindra to speak with the patient before the surgery, but Dr. Bindra believes he should be the one doing it. In a heartfelt gesture, Abhimanyu wishes them luck and prepares to leave when Akshara stops him and expresses her concern about his passion for being a doctor. She requests him to let go of his profession if he no longer wishes to carry on as a doctor. However, he refuses.
She breaks it. She then says that if he isn’t interested in saving lives, there’s no need for him to pursue this noble profession. In her eyes, he is a problem and is showing signs of selfishness. He claims he’s doing it for the good of the girl, but she doesn’t believe him. She believes that if he hadn’t gotten stuck, he could have saved Manjiri. She warns him that his reactions and decisions are getting extreme and he will regret them later on. In her opinion, he needs the girl more than she needs him and urges him to let go of his guilt while there’s still time. He ponders over her words while she walks away.
