Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 12th October 2024 Written Episode begins with Dadi giving a toffee to Abhira. Abhira smiles and says thanks, but she refuses to take it, explaining that she does not want sweet toffee but bitter medicine. She reminds Dadi that she agreed to fight the case on her word. Dadi warns her that the case is difficult, but Abhira confidently says she will work hard and win it. Once she does, she will return for that toffee. Dadi blesses her while Armaan watches silently.

Meanwhile, Sanjay gives a gift to Ruhi, which is a mother and child idol. She thanks him and asks why he chose it. He says it reminded him of her. He adds that people may think he has no heart, but he truly cares for Rohit like his own son. However, he feels bad that ever since Abhira joined, Rohit has not been getting any important cases. He complains that Maasa gave the big case to Abhira and warns that one day, Armaan and Abhira might take over everything.

Dadi motivates Abhira to fight for the firm and for her mother’s dream. She assures her that victory will follow if she stays determined. Abhira nods and leaves. Dadi smiles, thinking that Abhira’s focus on work might help her forget her pain and perhaps bring her closer to Armaan.

Vidya enters and questions Dadi, accusing her of supporting Abhira only to hurt her. Dadi laughs and says she does not need weapons because she herself is fire. She admits that while Vidya was right before, now Armaan and Abhira are right, and that is why she supports them. Vidya gives Dadi a Dussehra gift, but Dadi refuses to hurt the young ones’ hearts. She takes the gift and mockingly tells Vidya to accept one from her favourite daughter-in-law instead. Vidya warns her that time will tell which Saas-Bahu pair lasts longer.

At the Goenka house, Manish, Swarna, and Surekha perform a puja for Akshara and recall her memories. Manish says they have never done a puja for her before. Swarna feels emotional, remembering that she could not see Akshu at the resort. Surekha says they will always regret it but must stand by Abhira now.

Back at the Poddar house, Armaan tries to care for Abhira, but she insists she has work to finish. He lovingly feeds her food despite her protests. Dadi asks Manisha why Manoj is late. Sanjay taunts that he must have lost his case, but just then Manoj arrives and announces that he has won. He asks Dadi for a toffee as a reward. Dadi happily gives him one and praises his work. Manoj promises to keep making her proud while Manisha mocks Sanjay.

Vidya gives Ruhi some shagun. Ruhi apologises for forgetting a gift but expresses her wish that Dadi should give Rohit the new office cabin. Armaan thanks Vidya for sending food for Abhira. Manisha tells Armaan that Manoj works very hard but never gets the respect he deserves. She requests Armaan to talk to Maasa about giving Manoj the new cabin. Armaan agrees.

Madhav later tells Vidya that Maasa has already decided to give Armaan’s cabin to Rohit, but Vidya insists that he must speak to Dadi for Rohit and their baby’s future. When Armaan requests Dadi to give the new cabin to Manoj, she agrees and tells him not to inform anyone. She will give the good news herself. Madhav overhears and thinks that Maasa has made the right decision.

At the Goenkas, Manish places a garland on Akshu’s photo while Swarna and Surekha get emotional. Surekha questions why Akshu raised Abhira alone and where Abhimanyu and Abhir are. Manish reveals that someone pretended to be Abhir last year and that the real Abhir and Abhimanyu are missing. He says they cannot tell Abhira or Ruhi, as it will only cause more pain.

Later, Abhira and Ruhi wake up restless. When Ruhi stumbles, Abhira holds her and reminds her that they are sisters and should care for each other. Ruhi snaps at her. Armaan arrives and scolds Ruhi for shouting, but Rohit steps in to defend her. Abhira quietly takes Armaan away to avoid further conflict.

The next morning, everyone gathers to see who will get the new cabin. Manisha excitedly asks if Dadi is giving it to Manoj. Vidya questions Madhav about his talk with Dadi, and he replies that he tried. Dadi arrives and says her special child will get the new cabin. She begins praising the person. Rohit assumes it is Manoj and agrees he deserves it, while Sanjay proudly claims Manoj will surely get it.

Just then, Abhira walks in and announces that they have won the airlines case. Everyone cheers. Abhira adds that the client has offered a ten-year contract. Dadi beams with pride, hugs Abhira, and calls her incredible. When Abhira jokingly asks for her toffee, Dadi says she deserves more than that. She makes Abhira sit on the chair and declares, “This new cabin is yours.” Everyone is shocked. Manisha protests, saying it was supposed to be Manoj’s cabin.
