Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 13th December 2025 Written Update begins with Abhira questioning Kiara’s decision to raise her child alone. She reminds Kiara that what she wanted has already happened, Abhir has stepped back, so why is she still crying. Abhira gently tells Kiara that she loves Abhir deeply and just because she was betrayed in the past does not mean history will repeat itself. She urges Kiara to give Abhir one honest chance.
Kiara replies that she cannot trust Abhir anymore. She admits that Abhir is a good person, but says if she had not pushed him away firmly, he would have kept trying to convince her. That is why she chose to break his heart completely, even if it meant hurting herself.
Armaan supports Abhira and says she is right. He believes every love story deserves a second chance. He adds that unless Kiara removes fear from her heart, she will never be able to trust Abhir fully. Armaan then kneels down and apologises to Abhira. When she asks why, Armaan explains that he misunderstood her intentions earlier. He thought she was only thinking about Abhir, but in reality, she was thinking about both Abhir and Kiara’s happiness.
Abhira hugs Armaan. Armaan jokes that no matter how much they fight, they still behave like a perfect couple. Abhira replies that a perfect couple is one that fights, resolves issues, and grows stronger together. Armaan adds that now they must make Kiara and Abhir a perfect couple too, secretly hoping Abhira’s plan succeeds.
Manisha reminds Kiara that she now has responsibilities towards her unborn baby and cannot run away from problems. Kiara asks Manisha if her concern is truly about her and the baby. Manisha emotionally explains that when someone becomes a mother, they understand the pain of seeing their child in danger. She claims she wants to protect Kiara from every hardship, especially one named Abhir.
Armaan overhears the conversation and suggests taking Kiara for prenatal and counselling classes. Manisha questions the idea, but Armaan explains that stepping out will help Kiara reduce stress and starting classes early will guide her properly. Kiara agrees to attend the sessions.
Abhir is overjoyed when Abhira calls him and informs him that Kiara has agreed to meet him and that Armaan is also supportive. Abhir can hardly believe it and repeatedly asks if it is true. Abhira assures him that Kiara has agreed to couple counselling and professional help will allow her to overcome fear and trust him again.
Manisha overhears this conversation and decides that although Abhira’s plan is good, she will never let Kiara and Abhir meet.
Later, Armaan tells Abhira that they are getting late, when Abhira suddenly reveals that her fellowship interview has been scheduled for the next day at 11 a.m. Armaan is shocked by the short notice, but Abhira encourages him to stay positive. They celebrate the beginning of a new chapter in their lives.
Manisha then manipulates Manoj and asks him to lie to Armaan and Abhira. Manoj pretends that he has taken up a complicated case and urgently needs their help. When Armaan insists they must take Kiara for counselling, Manisha suggests that Tanya take Kiara instead.
Tanya agrees after Abhira explains that Kiara will meet Abhir during counselling. Tanya admits that she also wants Kiara’s happiness and agrees to help. While Abhira messages the counselling centre address to Tanya, Manisha secretly deletes the message and sends a wrong location instead.
Abhir waits anxiously at the counselling centre, hoping Kiara will arrive. Tanya reaches the wrong address and gets confused as there is no counselling centre or Abhir present. Kiara steps out of the car, enjoying the fresh air, while Tanya starts panicking.
Manoj keeps Armaan and Abhira occupied. When Abhira finally calls Tanya, she learns about the wrong location and is shocked. She checks her phone and realises the address has been deleted. Tanya decides to return home.
Abhir is informed about the confusion. Before Abhira can explain, Manisha interrupts. Abhira lies to Manisha, saying Kiara has reached the counselling centre and is attending sessions. Manisha snatches Abhira’s phone and confronts her. Abhira realises Manisha deliberately deleted the message. Manisha coldly says it is better for Kiara to suffer temporarily than to ruin her entire life with Abhir.
As Tanya asks Kiara to get back into the car, goons suddenly attack them. They demand cash and jewellery. Kiara offers them the car, but the goons push her to the ground. Tanya hands over her jewellery and begs them to leave Kiara alone. The goons demand cards and shove Kiara again, injuring her. Tanya panics, fearing for Kiara and her unborn baby.
Abhir arrives at the spot and fights the goons, saving Kiara. Kiara becomes emotional on seeing him and screams in pain.
Tanya receives a call from Abhira and hears Kiara screaming. She informs Abhira about the attack and says they are rushing Kiara to the hospital. Armaan and Abhira immediately rush there.
At the hospital, Abhir blames himself for Kiara’s condition. Tanya clarifies that Kiara did not even know she was supposed to meet Abhir. Abhir takes responsibility for Kiara and her baby’s safety.
Manisha breaks down at the hospital. Tanya informs everyone that Kiara is undergoing treatment. Kaveri blames Abhira for sending the wrong location. Armaan tries to speak, but Abhira stops him and takes the blame on herself. Everyone questions Abhira’s absence earlier. Abhir finally shouts at everyone to stop blaming Abhira as Kiara’s treatment is still ongoing.
Precap: Armaan and Abhira feel hopeful that Kiara and Abhir’s love story will finally have a happy ending, with wedding celebrations planned at home. Suddenly, Armaan receives a call informing him that Abhira’s fellowship interview has been rescheduled, and they must reach within half an hour. Both are left shocked, wondering how they will manage in such little time.
