Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 14th September 2024 Written Episode Update begins with Manisha, Vidya, Madhav, and Aryan performing on Tutak Tutak. Rohit then asks Dadisa to join him on stage as his dance partner. Dadi refuses, saying her back is stiff, while Abhira and Armaan worry that she is upset because of them. Moments later, everyone is stunned when Dadi helps a man by lifting a heavy cylinder, proving her strength. Rohit accepts she won’t dance, and Abhira turns to Manish for help.
The celebration continues as Rohit, Krish, Charu, and Kiara dance on Ishq Tera Tadpaave. Armaan and Abhira join them, followed by Madhav and Vidya’s performance. Manish tries to cheer everyone with a song. Despite their efforts, Dadi remains reluctant, leaving Abhira determined.
Abhira gets dizzy but returns with an idea. She brings a picture of Dadasa and tells everyone that the function would be incomplete without his blessings. Emotional, Dadi finally steps onto the stage and dances to Aaj Phir Jeene Ki Tamanna Hai, revealing it was her favourite song at her own sangeet. The family claps and hugs her, and Manish sings the title song Yeh Rishta.
Suddenly, Abhira collapses. Armaan rushes to her and takes her home. The doctor checks her and explains she fainted because she hadn’t eaten all day, advising blood tests. When Dadi questions Armaan about a possible pregnancy, he firmly denies it. The doctor later tells Kaveri (Dadi) that she will share the truth after the test results, leaving Vidya worried.
Precap: Ruhi tells Armaan that Abhira can never conceive. Dadi and Sanjay speak against Abhira, while Manish takes her away, standing firmly by her side.
