The Episode opens with Akshara reflecting on the words of her loved ones. The nurse inquires if she has completed the necessary form. In a state of distress, Akshara drops her pen. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu contemplates speaking to Akshara and decides to give her a call. The doctor reminds Akshara that it is important for her partner to be present during this crucial decision-making process. He offers to assist in arranging for someone to accompany her. Abhimanyu expresses concern for Akshara’s well-being and prays for her during this difficult time. The doctor then turns his attention back to Akshara and asks if she is certain about proceeding with the procedure, as many women change their minds upon arrival at the clinic. With a heavy heart, Akshara signs the necessary papers, apologizing to her unborn child for having to make this difficult choice to protect Abhir.
Abhimanyu’s doctor asks about the reason for Akshara’s visit and informs him that she is at the clinic for an abortion. Akshara’s doctor explains that she had to call Abhimanyu because his name was listed on the form. Subsequently, Abhimanyu receives a call from his doctor informing him that Akshara is undergoing an abortion. After expressing his intention to step out, Abhimanyu hangs up as Akshara thinks of Abhinav. The doctor then notices Abhimanyu and mentions that it’s fortunate he arrived as Akshara…before she apologizes and signs the necessary forms. This leaves Abhimanyushi stunned as he sees Abhir while Aarohi enters the scene. Before heading out, Abhimanyushii asks Aarohi to take care of their child since Akshara has undergone the procedure. This news causes Aarohi to worry deeply.
The doctor says it’s time for your procedure. A man stops Abhimanyu to talk to him. Abhimanyu says he has to leave, try to understand, leave my hand. The man catches his collar and scolds him. The doctor says we are ready, come with me. Abhimanyu apologizes, he has to leave, let me go. The man tells him I will see how you do. Abhimanyu runs and leaves in the car. Akshara recalls Abhimanyu’s words.
Manish is filled with worry at the Birla hospital and offers prayers for Akshara’s well-being. Muskaan reassures him that Akshara is strong and nothing bad will happen. Abhimanyu helps get Akshara to the hospital. Manish then asks if Akshara has gone through with the abortion, to which she responds in the negative. They all share a smile.
Abhir is seen in the ward. Aarohi hugs Akshara. Manjiri and Abhimanyu’s photo falls. She picks it up and says it cracked. Abhimanyu comes and says relations get cracked sometimes. Think about how I felt when I found out what you did. She asks what happened. He says you forced Akshara, she went to the clinic for abortion, if she did that… She says she must have done it. He says come to your senses; don’t do this. She argues.
He reassures, “Trust me, I will handle this. Consider this: if Akshara undergoes an abortion, she will never truly be happy, and neither would Abhir or I. She promises to move on and live in the present by putting everything behind her. He stresses that living with guilt only leads to more guilt, and he won’t let Akshara remain in such a state. Please don’t worry about our future. We have been given a chance to make things right. Let’s not waste it.” The next morning, Manjiri attempts to fix the frame while Mahima tells her not to bother. However, Manjiri insists on fixing it.
Abhimanyu grabs his bag as he explains, “We often don’t realize the value of things until they’re broken. It’s easy to damage but difficult to mend. I’m leaving this house to fulfil your wish and bring us happiness.” Shefali interjects, “Don’t be foolish; let’s talk it out.” Anand says, “We’re all worried; please don’t go.” However, Abhimanyu insists, “It’s already too late.” Manjiri weeps while he adds, “My son is under stress, and Akshara is pregnant. I don’t want to add to their burden. I understand that Manjiri may not trust me now, but I hope she will in the future.” He seeks her blessings before departing.
