Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 1st October 2024 Written Episode starts with Rohit applying ointment to Armaan’s injured hand. Overcome with emotions, Armaan hugs him and cries. Rohit apologises for being a bad brother earlier and says he now realises how difficult Armaan’s life was without his support. He adds that his own life felt easy because Armaan was always there for him. Armaan wonders if he should reveal the truth about Ruhi but holds back. Instead, he asks Rohit to take care of Vidya. Rohit insists that being the elder brother, it is Armaan’s responsibility.

After Rohit leaves, Ruhi comes in and questions Armaan for not telling Rohit the truth. Armaan replies that Rohit was happy and warns Ruhi never to betray him again. He walks away while Ruhi prays in tears.

Meanwhile, Abhira arranges clothes in the cupboard when Manish calls. He tells her he knows about Dadi’s job offer and senses her dilemma. She admits she is confused, worried it might affect her relationships. Manish advises her not to neglect her own career, reminding her that Poddar firm is the best place for her growth. He says that if Dadi trusts her talent, she should also believe in herself. Touched, Abhira says he solves her problems just like her late mother did.

On the other side, Sanjay angrily tears files and vents his frustration to Kajal. He feels betrayed by Dadi for overlooking his years of service to the firm and giving preference to Armaan or Rohit. Kajal reminds him that they already have everything, but Sanjay insists Poddar firm belongs to him and no one else.

Later, Abhira tells Armaan that Rohit has forgiven him and even applied ointment to his wound. Armaan happily shares this, and Abhira excitedly reveals she has accepted Dadi’s job offer. Armaan praises her decision and says her career will soar. Yet, haunted by Vidya’s harsh words, he grows distant again. Abhira stops him, and they share a tender moment. They argue playfully about the stars until he receives a message about a gift for Vidya. He laments that she will never accept it. Abhira steps in, makes the payment, and promises to resolve the issues with Vidya.

Abhira imagines a happy future where Vidya lovingly feeds her and Armaan, but her daydream ends when Vidya instead feeds Rohit, ignoring them. Disheartened, Abhira sits alone until Manoj consoles her and asks her to have lunch with him.

Meanwhile, Vidya shops for Ruhi but continues to ignore Abhira. Manisha confronts her, saying she is deliberately hurting Armaan and Abhira even though they have been trying to apologise for months. Vidya insists some mistakes are unforgivable, while Manisha accuses her of weakening their relationship. She says Armaan and Abhira’s love and trust are strong enough to fight the world but not a mother’s disapproval. Vidya bitterly claims that if they truly loved her, they would never have married against her wishes.
