As the Episode begins, Abhira declares that she needs to extract the knife lodged in Armaan’s body. She successfully removes it, causing Armaan to cry out in pain. Acting quickly, Abhira wraps a cloth around his wound. Meanwhile, Manisha attempts to contact her but receives no response. This leads Vidya to become anxious about their well-being. Manisha speculates that they may be facing some trouble. Amid the chaos, Abhira ponders how to transport Armaan to the hospital and urges him to remain alert. Vidya sends her prayers for Armaan and Abhira while Manisha and Dadi observe the situation worriedly.
After bringing Armaan back to their home, Abhira quickly contacts a doctor, specifically requesting to speak with Dr. Joshi. She explains the situation and begs him to help her husband, who has been injured. However, the doctor regretfully informs her that he cannot leave the hospital due to a chaotic and dangerous situation. Undeterred, Abhira pleads with him for assistance, and he advises her on how to care for Armaan’s wounded chest. Determined, she asks her husband to stay still while she runs out to the chemist store and assures him that she will return promptly.
She appears as he approaches the door and takes hold of him, closing it behind them. The goons demand they open the door while Abhira stays close to Armaan, carefully removing his t-shirt to tend to his wound. A familiar song plays in the background as she speaks, reminding him that he must bear this pain for her sake. In response, Armaan declares that he is willing to endure any suffering for her, wiping away her tears before she insists he take his medication. He reminds her of their love and how they have fought for one another, pleading for a fresh start and confessing that she is his first and only true love. However, when she mentions his past relationship with Ruhi before their marriage, he becomes light-headed and attempts to reveal something important before losing consciousness.
Manisha calls and asks about Abhira’s well-being and if Armaan is with her. Abhira confirms that he is with her and promises to call back later. Dadi expresses frustration over not being able to talk to Armaan. Manisha reassures her that he is safe with Abhira. Later, Abhira encourages Armaan to take his medicine and stay awake, assuring him she is by his side.
Krish stands up for Abhira, while Kajal reminds her to look out for Armaan. Sanjay accuses her of being selfish, and Manisha believes she was mistreated. Manoj agrees, saying she has caused her a great deal of trouble. Manisha adds that the family is expected to be on her mind. Sanjay questions her place in their lives, sparking an argument between everyone. Dadi and Vidya are concerned about the situation. Eventually, Abhira soothes Armaan, and they both fall asleep. Suddenly, Madhav arrives home and finds them sleeping peacefully together. This wakes them up.
Madhav inquires about Armaan’s well-being and asks if he was caught up in the riots. Armaan replies that Madhav would likely be wishing he had not survived. However, Madhav insists on taking him to a doctor and lending him a shirt. Despite Armaan declining the offer, he asks Abhira to assist him in putting on his coat. Madhav emphasizes the importance of Armaan’s health.
Armaan announces his departure, unable to hold on to Abhira as he reflects on her previous words. Reminding her of his promise to wait for her and professing his love, he reiterates his plan to leave a token of his affection daily until she reciprocates. Urging her to consider and respond carefully, he reassures her there’s no rush before bidding farewell.
Dadi maintains that it was their choice not to return home. Vidya reminds her of the underlying cause. Dadi deems them obstinate. Vidya wonders if she should wait for her son and husband’s return. Dadi sadly admits that she believes Vidya could not handle them as a mother or a wife, evidenced by her acceptance of Ruhi and Armaan’s love once she discovered it. Dadi remembers overhearing Ruhi’s confession. She accuses Vidya of concealing this information, even though she knows Armaan has sacrificed his feelings for Rohit’s sake. However, Rohit also suffered from being deceived in the process.
According to Vidya, Armaan is content with Abhira. Dadi inquires if he will be welcoming Abhira into the family. While at a cafe, Armaan meets up with his cousins and requests that they refrain from mentioning his injury. Charu expresses the family’s concern and how they miss him but adds that he won’t come home without Abhira. Krish suggests addressing Abhira as “Bhabhi.” Kiara reminds everyone to keep Armaan in their thoughts. In response, Abhira confidently states that she believes in their love and believes that she will be reunited with Armaan while still alive. Krish jokingly comments on true love before Armaan announces his departure. Krish hands him a lantern as a token of good luck, and they all embrace him warmly. With a smile on his face, Armaan takes his leave.
