Madhav later clarifies things to Abhira, who praises Armaan’s generosity in loving her and their family. Madhav is curious if Armaan can stand up against Maasa with the same conviction.
She recalls his time in jail and the danger he faced, wondering what other options he had. He states that she seems to be becoming emotional. She suggests he look at the lantern. He mentions his visit to Armaan’s house years ago. She believes that Armaan has changed since then and won’t repeat the same mistake, as they both share an intense love that can overcome any obstacle. Armaan expresses his desire for Abhira to agree today itself.
Armaan’s smile widens as the lantern flickers and ascends into the night sky. “I love you, Abhira!” he shouts, calling her name into the darkness. “Meet me at our spot,” she says to him. Meanwhile, Abhira and Armaan are en route, contemplating how to declare their love. As they get caught in a traffic jam, they abandon their car and auto and sprint. Armaan buys balloons, while Abhira purchases flowers. Suddenly, she steps in front of a passing vehicle but quickly bends down to pick up some fallen roses. The song “Berangey” plays in the background as they continue their mission.
As Dadi steps on the rose, Abhira confidently declares that her love for Armaan is unbreakable. She reassures Dadi that this is not a nightmare but the reality of their relationship. Abhira proudly proclaims that she and Armaan are meant to be together and will shape the future. However, Dadi reminds Abhira that she failed to consider why Armaan agreed to marry Ruhi. Abhira quickly retorts that Dadi’s ultimatum influenced Armaan’s decision.
Dadi questions whether he considered the implications of marrying Ruhi or believed it to be the right decision. Abhira expresses surprise at the mention of Ruhi. Reassured by his strong faith, Abhira declares that it will not falter. Dadi reminds them that Armaan had already informed them of his previous relationship with Ruhi before their fake marriage. Surekha suggests playing a game of blindfold, which makes Ruhi laugh. Ruhi comments on the idea of playing such a game at their age when asked why she laughed. Ruhi blindfolds Manish as Dadi and Abhira enter the room. Dadi then questions their readiness to test the truth of their love. They proceed inside, where Abhira calls out Ruhi’s name. This catches everyone’s attention, causing Suwarna to confront her for daring to come there. Abhira persists, wanting to speak with Ruhi privately, but Suwarna reprimands her. Ruhi suggests they have the conversation in front of everyone instead. Abhira agrees and asks if there was any relationship between Ruhi and Armaan before his marriage to her.
