The Episode begins with Abhimanyu realizing that Akshara is no longer there. She converses with the others and requests their assistance in finding a job for Abhimanyu, who left his previous job for her. Kairav mentions talking to the dean of the city hospital. Suwarna assures Akshara not to be concerned. However, Manish disagrees, stating that the city hospital is unsuitable for Abhimanyu. Later, Akshara meets with the hospital’s dean and asks for a guarantee not to hire Abhimanyu, instead offering him a share of the profits in exchange.
When Abhimanyu gets home, he meets Akshara and Abhir. He lies to Abhir. Abhir says take me to the hospital tomorrow. Akshara says let Abhimanyu rest. Abhir says to make Mumma eat the soup, but she doesn’t take it. Abhir asks why she doesn’t drink the soup. He goes to clean up. She is sorry for wasting the soup. She hides the bowl. According to Abhimanyu, you are lying, because you kept the fast, so you aren’t eating it, you are doing what the doctor orders.
She asks why you kept the fast. He says you are pregnant, and the baby is in danger. She says you are also in danger. He says you should have the soup. She says no and that she has a few hours remaining. It’s not a lie if it’s for the betterment of the partner. He prays for a job. He leaves. I hope our plan works, and she says you’ll get your dream job.
Kairav sees the kids eating jalebis and feels hungry. Kairav says don’t look at them. He says I can smell the hot kachoris. He asks the kids to go away and eat. Surekha says Manish and Kairav can’t tolerate hunger. Abhimanyu says that even then, you would have married Muskaan. Akshara thinks Abhimanyu will get his dream job. Manjiri says I know this will hurt Abhimanyu, but I must do it.
Shefali comes there. Manjiri wipes her tears as she signs a cheque. Shefali asks if you are fine. Manjiri says yes. Shefali sees the cheque and asks why it was given to Abhimanyu. Shefali says it is an old cheque, I was going to tear it. Shefali goes and sees Mahima. Akshara sees Mahima and Aarohi coming. Mahima apologizes to Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu asks what.
Mahima trusted Parth when she decided to open a VIP hospital. It turned out to be a big mistake. She’s now asking him to return to Birla Hospital and take back his position, as the hospital and she needs him dearly. Mahima promises that no decision will ever be taken without his consent. The sight of everyone smiling brings joy to her heart. Abhimanyu humbly seeks Mahima’s blessings and embraces her, while Aarohi watches with a smile as she recalls the past events. In a flashback, Parth confidently claims the deal will go through today. Still, he is disappointed when he receives a call from the investor informing him that they have changed their minds due to another party offering better profit margins.
Parth insists that you cannot withdraw from this deal. Mahima reminds him that he must accept his defeat and admit that he did not conduct market research to secure the deal. She confesses her mistake of letting Abhimanyu leave the hospital, as he is the most skilled doctor. Aarohi suggests a solution – they should focus on their main goal, saving lives. She encourages them to bring Abhimanyu back and use charity funds to provide medical treatment, earning them blessings and enabling them to open more hospitals like this one. The flashback ends here.
Mahima expresses her gratitude to Abhimanyu and informs him that she will leave now as Anand awaits her. Before she goes, Abhimanyu inquires about the well-being of their mother. Mahima assures him that she is doing okay despite missing him. He then requests her to care for their mother in his absence. This news brings joy to Manish, Kairav, and Akshara’s faces. Abhimanyu notices their happiness, and Manish praises the situation while Kairav regrets not being informed earlier. Surekha says they should have been told, while Suwarna adds that everything has ended well. Meanwhile, Abhir and Ruhi hug Abhimanyu to congratulate him. Amid this celebration, Kairav asks when the moon will come out, but Suwarna redirects his attention towards Muskaan by gesturing towards her. Aarohi then joins in and asks Kairav to dance for Muskaan’s sake.
Kairav inquires, “How am I supposed to dance? It seems impossible.” Surekha chimes in, “We take care of everything. We fast and stay happy while the boys act like they’re starving.” Manish asserts, “It’s a matter of respect. We must dance now.” He invites Kairav to join them. As they all sway to the beats of the song “Senorita”, Abhimanyu pulls Akshara close and asks her, “Did you have anything to do with sealing the deal for the VIP hospital?” She answers with a smile, “What makes you think that?” He replies, “You seem pleased with yourself.” She says contently, “Yes. We made a pact to support each other. You got the job at the city hospital, but Birla Hospital is where you belong. I don’t want you to lose it because of me.” He expresses his gratitude towards her.
Manjiri requests Parth to assist her with a task, handing him a cheque in return. Parth questions why he should help, given that her other son is no longer around and the other has been left alone. She pleads for his assistance, promising to grant his wish in return. He reminds her not to go back on her word. She assures him that when Abhimanyu returns, she will fulfill his request. With a nod, Parth departs while Manjiri weeps, apologizing to Abhimanyu but determined to prevent his marriage to Akshara. As everyone admires the moon, Abhimanyu and Akshara’s gaze meets before a curtain draws between them, causing them to smile at each other.
Abhimanyu and Akshara check the list of things at night. They are about to collide and stop. He asks her to sleep. She asks why she is nervous. He says it’s our wedding tomorrow. She says marriage will happen. Otherwise, Abhir will take our parade. I’ve finalized this house, talked to the broker, and we’ll move in tomorrow. He says that our marital status and life will change tomorrow.
