Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 23rd October 2024 Written Episode Update begins with Abhira waking up in a room prepared by Armaan. She finds a note and breakfast he left for her. She becomes emotional, saying he is upset with her and still arranged everything with so much care. She realises her phone is switched off and heads out to look for him.

Ruhi informs her that Armaan has gone to the office with Sanjay. Abhira gets emotional and begins to cry. Ruhi asks why she is crying. Abhira says she does not know and decides to go to Dadi. Ruhi tells her Dadi is sleeping after a long gossip session the previous night. Abhira says she does not want to fight and wants to be a good younger sister. She begins feeling hungry. Ruhi asks her to eat, but Abhira suddenly feels nausea and runs.

While walking slowly, she wonders what is happening to her. Ruhi watches her and starts thinking that Abhira might be pregnant. Armaan, meanwhile, is lost in thoughts about Abhira. His manager arrives to brief him about the client meeting. Armaan asks for the restaurant address and leaves.

Abhira gets a call from Atul. He tells her he informed Armaan about the meeting, and Armaan has already left. She thanks him and decides to inform Dadi. Dadi tries to remember what Abhira told her the previous night but cannot recall anything.

Abhira reaches the cafe area. A football rolls toward her, and she kicks it away. She drops her phone in the process. She asks the girls to play in the park instead and tells them that her baby might have been hurt. The girls congratulate her and leave. Abhira enters the restaurant and speaks to the manager. She likes the cake and the display screen and says everything is perfect. She waits for Armaan but starts feeling dizzy and hungry.

The same girls find Abhira’s phone and hand it to Armaan, asking him to give it back to her. Armaan recognises that it is Abhira’s phone but refuses to check it. Abhira continues feeling dizzy and believes Armaan has arrived. Armaan informs the manager that the girls returned a phone. He asks whether Mr Manchandani has come.

Suddenly, Abhira faints. A lady steps forward and says she is a doctor. She checks Abhira. Armaan rushes toward them when he hears the commotion. He shouts her name and asks the doctor what happened. The doctor says she fainted because she is pregnant and asks if he did not know. Armaan is shocked and speechless.

Meanwhile, Charu checks her dresses. Krish teases her. Sanjay and Kajal arrive. Sanjay says he knows they have complaints about him, but he always wants the best for them. Krish tells him he should control his anger. Sanjay says things will improve now and announces that Charu and he both like Neeraj. He asks Charu if she is happy. She says she is very happy. He gives her a bracelet as a gift. Charu loves it. He tells her she can wear it if she wants. Charu thanks him and hugs him. Krish also teaches Sanjay how to hug. Sanjay says he is sure Neeraj will support her career and that he does not want the family to struggle in his absence. Charu says they love him. They all share a hug.

Back at the restaurant, Armaan holds Abhira’s phone while people around them begin taunting him. The doctor asks again why he did not know she was pregnant. Armaan says she never told him.

At home, Dadi and Ruhi play chess. Ruhi casually asks about Abhira. Dadi questions why Ruhi is asking about her. Back at the restaurant, the doctor explains that he should have understood these things himself and tells him to be responsible, especially since it is her first trimester.

Abhira wakes up and the lady doctor asks her to eat something. Abhira says she is fine and requests everyone to leave them alone. After they go, she plays a voice message. Armaan has already left.
