Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 27th September 2024 Written Episode begins with Armaan telling everyone that he and Abhira will leave the house. He says he would have even given his life if Vidya had asked, as she once called him her son. Abhira tries to stop him, saying this house is his world, but Armaan replies that Vidya gave him this world and it is time for him to return something to her. Abhira pleads with Vidya not to do this, but Armaan takes her away as everyone breaks into tears.
Abhira insists she wants to speak to Vidya. Armaan says they are leaving and that she should remember he is her family now. Abhira refuses to give up, claiming she has the right to decide. As the water jug falls, Armaan explains that since Vidya cannot bear to see his face, he has no choice but to leave. He cries, saying there are only duties left, not rights. Abhira still wants to convince Vidya, but Armaan remains firm.
Meanwhile, Dadi grows angry, and Sanjay tells her it is better if Armaan and Abhira leave the house. He reminds her of her earlier warning that Vidya’s anger is sharper than a sword, saying that peace will return once they are gone. He calls Rohit the real son of the family and Ruhi the true bahu. Dadi, however, admits she never wanted Armaan to leave.
Armaan continues to blame himself, calling himself a bad husband, but Abhira consoles him. Rohit, holding the family photo, cries. Ruhi urges him to talk to Vidya and stop her, insisting she knows Armaan only loves Abhira. Rohit admits his faith in Armaan but says Vidya will never listen to him. They cry and hug.
Abhira then meets Vidya. She tells her that Armaan is leaving with her but leaves his childhood memories behind. She reminds Vidya that she once gave her bangles and made her promise never to separate Armaan from the family. Abhira says she will keep her promise and will not let Armaan be distanced from his mother. Vidya breaks down in tears as Abhira leaves.
Elsewhere, Krish and the younger ones are upset. Ruhi consoles them, saying though they are children, they still have a voice, but unfortunately, they cannot do anything to stop this separation.
The next morning, Manish looks at old pictures and expresses hope that both Abhira and Ruhi will find happiness in their marital homes. Armaan bids an emotional farewell to Rohit, telling him he can always call, even without a reason. Rohit promises to talk to Vidya and bring him back. The family hugs Armaan and Abhira with heavy hearts. Madhav asks Armaan to stop, but he insists on leaving. Before they depart, Vidya feeds them curd and sugar as a ritual blessing.
Just then, Armaan asks where Dadi is. The servants bring out white clothes, and a pandit arrives, announcing that he has been called for someone’s Antim Kriya. Everyone is left shocked.
